Yesterday...Bought 2 chicken bowls with brown rice and veggies;2 chicken bowls with white rice and veggies. The chicken had a raw smell and everything in the bowl tasted like salmon. The entire family was disappointed.

they are so cheap that they give you half the size of the sauces to save 50% and the green onions was old they should cut that fresh throughout the day, I don't think the chicken actually comes from the franchise, if you go in you will think that they order the minimal actual franchise products and then mix in their own dry chicken. Worst Waba Grill ever.

This location is never consistent. Why is corporate office doing nothing to ensure consistent service and quality food. We ordered family meal. The chicken mush. It was once upon a time where you would get diced chicken. Not chicken mush. This happened 3 times at this location. I will travel the extra miles get what used to be the norm for quality food. I will never go here again. Too many disappointments

Vekie was rude to one of her employees screamed at her and she was most of the time on the phone and last minute want to help and that employee looked upset they are rude not fast have u wait and some times forget ur order

Just ordered a couple chicken bowls and I've never been so disappointed in Waba grill. This location doesn't offer the 2 chicken bowls for $13.99 like others do. Then I ordered 2 bowls and payed almost $25 for them to completely skimp on the chicken and beef. I'll try the one in Redlands next time. This picture is how the bowl looked when I got home, messy with just a small amount of chicken and no green onion that I asked for. Even the dumplings were hard and dry, how does that happen?!

First time visitor.Restaurant was very clean and organized, employees were very friendly, welcoming and professional and the food was EXCELLENT!! My chicken plate was sooo good and tasty and left me craving more which is always a good thing.

I have been here several times because I'm working in the area and every time I come it's a terrible experience. This time was the worst i asked for jalapenos and they were bad. They were oozing gelatin i dont know how to describe it. Obviously were expired. The toilets flusher was not working. No toilet paper. Their rice portions were very rationed and they never changed there jalapeno portions from those little cups in my last review. Their fountain drink machine was spraying water all over. Oh they didnt throw away the container of jalapenos you think they would but didnt. Check your food if you do come here . Only reason i come here is because im health consious of what i eat but makes me think twice.

Their portion sizes are smaller than. Other locations. They try to pinch pe. It's by filling bowls oy half way and are also stingy with sauce. Very disappointing
