I should have seen the recent reviews and avoided going here. I ordered a chicken sandwich for my lunch break there was no line it didn't look too busy, and it took them 24 minutes to make my food. I was late back to work from my lunch break. If you are going to this place be prepared to wait for an unreasonably long time.

I ordered online & they gave me everything BUT the wings. They said I didn’t order wings but if that was the case I would’ve just gone to McDonald’s & ordered a large fry. Make it make sense. I then got my wings and had to pay extra for that as well, not only that I went home and wings barely had any sauce in them.

The trainer for the new guy was just as nervous and shy as the new guy. Both got my order half right. Atmosphere was basic. I asked for the 3 tender combo and only got 2. Ordered chicken sandwich combo with pickle on the side...no pickle. I heard them both repeat the order with instructions and still not right. My mistake for not checking when I left. Recommend you double and triple check before leaving.

I went here before a while back. We had a great experience then, but those workers are no longer there. Now, today is 1/21/24 I spent $70 dollars and up. Did not get what I paid for, and my daughter had her food eaten into they didn't season our fries at all the whole bag was dripping in grease definitely not good service or food very disappointed I wouldn't recommend definitely check your food before leaving. If I could give zero stars, it would be done.

Went in on 11/4/23 and was the worst experience ever. Excessive wait time for order. Employees looked lost in the kitchen and register. Kid working register could not do one single thing without pulling someone to help him and had bad attitude. Multiple walk in for complaints about their orders and to top it off whoever packaged the order did not do a very good job, had tray of wings placed sideways so all sauce spilled in bag. Place appears to be poorly managed, definitely not going back.

Is the closes one to my house. But the service is so bad every time i come my order is always wrong the workers taking the order they look like they don't want to work i phone order my food, got there ask if my order was ready they said no pass about 15 minutes. Ask again and my order was sitting on the counter since i got there . Plz hired people that want to work and people who do the job. This is the way the restaurants get closed down . Bc lazy people don't do easy job don't want to work stay home. Thats why is called work. The cashier her name Wynonna was even drag-in her feet ?????
