Food is always good. Poor manager was working very hard. Even went to the kitchen to help. He needs another person on the front lines I think. All the kitchen guys were staring at the air when he was back there. Maybe people that aren't lost in the kitchen. They all seem to be in zombie mode.

I was ignored when I went to the counter to pick up my food. I had to raise my voice to the managers attention, who was just standing there waiting for orders to come out instead of handing me mine, which was already bagged. My bacon burgers were cold, and fries were barely warm.

I was at Burger King on Airline Hwy in Hollister 10/19 the worse service I ever had. The Drive through people a girl and guy were so rude they couldn’t even make eye contact with me they both kept looking at each other and laughing. Managers pay attention to your workers. No wonder there not busy, only when the coupons come out.Dietary restrictions: Terrible service
