Ordered melt turkey sandwich and taste was amazing. $14 for 2, which is reasonable for the quality. Plenty of parking. Will come

Man oh man pulled up today on the way to the beach. I'm from hollister but live in Modesto and I cant believe I forgot about this gem. I got the basic tri tip and my wife got a meatball sandwich she was juiced and if shes juiced it must be good. Lol . Got fried as well

Stopped the Home with my wife, we both like BBQ so we thought we'd stop and share the tri-tip sandwich. We order the 8oz "The Rancher" $15.95 with mushrooms some Onion Rings and a side of Jalapeño. I wish I would have asked for sides of onions and pickles, next time because we are definitely going back. They cut the sandwich in half. It was a Harty sandwich lots of meat, great flavor, great bread which is important to my sandwich and tender meat. The onion rings were huge and very good and great tasting batter, crispy and fresh. Definitely 2 thumbs up! I was happy to see indoor seating and outdoors with a beautiful outback seats in a beautiful garden like atmosphere, they have great brewed ice tea and lemon wedges, fountain and bottle sodas, lots of beer, local wine and liquor. I even saw some devel eggs in the salad fridge. The store had a variety of provision. The service was Tops all and everyone with a smile. Very clean inside and outside.Parking: Lots of parking and plenty of HandyCap parking.

Love this place, their atmosphere, and their food! However, I don’t love driving out of the way (45 mins) to go eat there when they should be open and being told they’re closed for an event. Very frustrating.
