Got breakfast first they forget 3 of my items with is understandable but even after I orders an English muffin and it was empty!!! English muffin has a sausage and it was plain and nothing inside. Thats the final straw with this sorry excuse for McDonald’s. Every time I go there something always missing or wrong especially in the drive thru haven’t been there in 2 years after today and that’s it I’m over. Hollister Airline Way is horrible!!!! No not recommended. Always check your items and sadly open them while there wrapped stuff will still be missing

Service is too slow. Over 10 minutes from ordering to food service. Your food is fine but speed and price are what matters. No refills on drinks. So maybe next time I will just go somewhere else.

I think this franchise took into account all the bad customer reviews because the time I went there I got a nice ice cream and was treated like royalty. The staff were friendly and everyone in there was nice. I will say that the time I went the digital touch screens were out-of-order but it could be fixed by now. A few kids were having a great time in the color tubes. I had a great experience.

This location is the WORST! Literally the worst. Any time I order from them, my food is cold, missing items. Wrong items is always wrong. I have turned around and brought my food back to tell them it’s cold and they said I must have a long drive. I have also gone in there asking for my missing items and they blame they were busy. Or my latest I asked for extra syrup and well no syrup. When asked why they said they limit it to 1 per order. I ordered 3 orders of pancakes.This place is ridiculous, they need to get some management in there to straighten these people up! Tired of wasting my money and not getting what I ordered.

The chicken sandwich I got was a thin plank a chicken deep-fried. It was dry and crunchy. They didn't have a menu on the wall and I'm too old and stupid to figure out how to order from the kiosk.

Robots… since taking away the cashiers and forcing us to order through the kiosk the employees are working in the kitchen and refuse to make eye contact or speak to us.

It's fast food. My kids love it. Like with any drive through always check your bags and ask for the paper receipt. We've never had any issues at this location.
