Perhaps it's the fact that it's a smaller town compared to the Bay Area madness but folks seem nicer including at this location. Picked up some take out from here (the usual orange chicken, chicken, and string beans, eggplant tofu, and veggies and noodles as the sides) and it was solid as usual.

When ordering via DoorDash, this location does not provide the option/possibility to add or request sides like condiments, sauces, utensils, etc. This is extremely annoying. When asked why, they say is DoorDash fault. When we ask DoorDash, they say that, “it is the merchant payment and ordering system.” They also often make mistakes and or combine individual dishes orders into one, bigger plate which is at all not ideal since a group order is because many different people are ordering. Stay away! Specially if using DoorDash.

Just ordered chow mein, orange chicken and grilled chicken. Came home without the grilled chicken. Tried calling the store how many times but nobody wants to amswer the phone.

Ordered online, online order said it should be ready in 5-10 min. Came in 20 minutes after ordering, and waited another 20 minutes (40 min total), while watching people walk in and get their order quicker. Inside is a mess, seems like none of the employees are assigned to online orders consistently and nobody is checking in on online orders. I've worked food service before and this place does not have a good system for processing online orders (or any system? Not sure). What's even the point to order online if it takes them 40 minutes to do what takes 5 minutes if you walk in? And the food always tastes like it's cooked with old, overused oil. And not a single person in there wears gloves. Not coming back, I'd rather pay more for better food and better service somewhere else.

I saw that dude back there doing all those chef moves yo, like flipping all the food in the pan and fire everywhere and I'm like dang, thats pretty cool. Good food, good service and menu.

Quality is hit or miss, especially when ordering through a delivery app. If having it delivered, you will never, ever, get sauce with you order, and there is nowhere to request sauce on the app.
Paid extra for their premium entrees, I was given, maybe, two tablespoons of each. Kitchen was behind, not many choices, unless you want to wait. Employees were testy with each other. Not a pleasant experience.

Horrible experience, the food portions how significantly been reduced. I ordered 2 kids meals with only show me a fragrance. My kids do not want the entrée. The gal that was serving the food. Was just putting in one scoop, spreading it to fill in the box tray. The lady after me had to go back and ask the manager to fill her order and not give her half of the product .
