Worst place In hollister only thing that’s great about this place is the fact they over pour on the booze to help me forget I’m right by the highway like a stop and go, love seeing drunk servers the highest purest form of entertainment there. Soul kiss is an amazing band will only go back to see

I’ve stopped here several times to chill and grab a bite and drink on the way to or from and it has never disappointed.Last few times though it’s been closed ?

Live music super kid friendly and adult friendly bar and fire pit at each table, s'more optional and sweet treats inside!

three stars for the atmosphere and live music. the grounds are beautiful, and i love the overall vibe. the food is not good though. sadly it tastes like sad microwaved food. it's never hot when it comes out either. i feel like we always had to be searching for our servers. i don't like the flow of service. seems like they'd be better off having you stand in line to order your food, and have servers for additional drinks and food? maybe tablets to order at each table? idk. what they're doing now just doesn't work.

Great outdoor seating and friendly staff. I've come here on multiple occasions whether it was lunch with the family, motorcycle stop with the guys or my fav the live music night. Great food and awesome outdoor atmosphere!

Not open like a typical restaurant. Kid servers are subpar, food is ok, drinks are ok. Far to many white people though. They should bring entertainment for a more diverse crowd.

The ambience is what its all about. Yes the food is good, a bit pricey for what you get. If you come for lunch or an early dinner, it's a good experience. Be careful coming on the weekends during busy dinner times. Expect longer wait times and scarce service. The fireplace at each table is a plus. It makes the outdoor dining tolerable since it's so cold. Having the fire there is what makes it memorable.

I always wanted to have a celebration here, booked the date & gave a deposit 6 weeks in advance. They closed for the season without letting me know. I found out by calling after no reply to my emails. I scrambled to accommodate my party. Don't ever trust this place even with a deposit. Only gave 1 star because I have to.

We have come to this restaurant many times in the previous years, but we were disappointed to learn that it has changed. We ordered the calamari, pepperoni pizza and the butter burger. The harsh truth is that they all tasted like bland, poorly seasoned, frozen food. The only reason we are giving it two stars is because the waitress was really nice and attentive. Great vibe, good live music, good drink selection, but do yourself a favor and pass on the food.

Apparently this is the place to be on Friday and Saturday night. The backyard looks as if it would be a lovely place for a wedding venue. There are plenty of tables and chairs as well as olive trees. I'm not sure if tents go up in the winter but I bet it would work out nicely. I went on a Sunday and had the chicken and waffles. I rarely get this because it can disappointing but I was hungry! I was NOT disappointed at all! The waffles were thin and the chicken was battered in a nice spice that complimented the sauce/syrup. It was garnished with green onions. If I could've had just a wee bit more syrup it would have been perfect... I ordered coffee and it was rich and dark... There were mimosas and a full bar but if you don't live near or have a DD... don't drink and drive. Pacheco pass will probably get ya!

Just on the outskirts of Hollister you will find this amazing gem! The Grove offers delightful appetizers like their Poblano Dip, Street Corn Guac and delectable dishes like the Fiesta Bowl, and Shortie Rice! Each dip comes with a tray of crispy savory chips to share with the entire table. The cooks are magicians because the food came out so quickly which was great because we were ravenous. The atmosphere is also so charming and family friendly.I’m so glad to have this restaurant in my new home town without having to drive to San Jose. Absolutely highly recommended and will be going back for more.

Not what I was expecting. First of all there's not a whole lot to choose from. The two things we tried to order were on the menu but no longer available, not that they ran out, they just don't offer them anymore. Why not take them off the menu? Tried to substitute fries for something else and they don't offer any substitutions. Definitely never coming back. I ordered a caprese pizza which was listed as having cherry tomatoes, arugula, pesto & shaved Parmesan. It had regular tomato slices and basil & no sign of Parmesan. It was at best mediocre and the basil made it taste bitter.

This place is definitely out of the way and out of the area. I am rating average because although the staff were all friendly, they did not correctly inform us of the bottomless brunch so we didn't order how we would knowing that it's bottomless 2 items at a time. For the price TBH the quality of food is not all that worth it. Only a few items that are actually worth getting in terms of quality and portion size. This is a place to check out, but unless they step up how they sell their items I don't see it lasting long. Would have also been nice for the price we paid to have had outdoor entertainment. It was kinda just BLAH in terms of ambiance and atmosphere. They should utilize the space around them and up the offerings to possibly be more successful.

The atmosphere was great. Live music was good with fire pits on ever table. The food was Decent. Nothing great . It's just too bad the serviced sucked. Also, your receipt isn't itemized. They need more servers or just better trained servers. Hopefully the new Transition to outside dinning is all this was. I'll try again for better service. ( by the way we noticed groups leaving near us because their drinks never came )

The atmosphere is nice and the staff are really friendly. I believe all the seating is outdoors which is nice when it's not too hot outside. My 2 main issues are the parking lot and the food. The actual parking lot with parking spaces is small, then they have overflow parking which is over this really hard black gravel that sucks to walk on... And the food selection is limited imo. While the Pizza I ordered was good, I only ordered it because of lack of options. But I feel like their main attraction is the seating arrangement, drinks & entertainment. They have a stage that's really nice for bands and they also have music playing in between bands. It has a decent sized dance floor that gets packed as more drinks flow. If you're more into bar atmosphere than restaurant this is the place for you, just get there early and eat something before you arrive.
