I called to place an order, and they told me it would take about 20-24 minutes. So I went to the place after 30 minutes, and told my name. After one of the workers took couple minutes to look up my order, and he pressed some buttons on the computer... In front of me... And he told me that the order receipt just got printed out... He told me that they can still start cooking for me, and it happens some time. Not a single word of apology... Just said the order receipt just got printed out, they don't know what happened, and it just happens sometimes... The order receipt they showed me had the time I made my order and the time they promised the food would be cooked by. Again... not a single word of apology... ridiculous. Please train your staff better.

Ordered on door dash. Took almost two hours to receive the food, even though on the app it said 30-40 min. We ordered three meals and drinks with fries etc, but only received half of one meal and two drinks after almost two hours of waiting. This location consistently forgets items in our orders.

Walk in to an associate eating sushi with bare hands and then immediately continuing to handle food. It's never okay to touch your mouth while you're eating and then handle somebody else's order. You guys need to get your s*** together

The staff here is a joke, the manager couldn't even keep up with orders going out or coming in. She was lost and unhelpfult to guest waiting and losing their patients. Nobody knew what anybody else was doing in this place. It took almost a half hour just to get a five piece barbecue wing order with nothing else. Just five wings and it took them 30 minutes, what a joke not even an apology. When the order finally came up to the rack nobody even called out a name or a number The bag just sat there until I actually said something. If you're in a rush for lunch, don't order from this place you'll miss your lunch and eat your wings pissed off.

Delicious delicious delicious chicken wings!!! Wings here are the best! I got the lemon pepper, mango habanero, barbecue. Our family ordered the 50 wing family pack. It was perfect everybody got what they wanted. Right when I got inside this Wingstop I was greeted with nice people. Keep up the great work Hollister Wingstop! :)

This place is hit or miss. When it's good, it's good. When it's bad, it's super bad. 3 stars overall. I'd say I have a bad experience about 1 out of 5 visits. Bad visit: Ordered online, showed up 20 minutes later, order not ready. Fine. I went back 5 min later, order was ready. Overcooked, dry, cold, chicken. Tf? How is it cold if it wasn't even ready 5 min ago?! Bad visit: Ordered online, went in 20 minutes later, they hadn't even started my order yet. Ticket hadn't been printed out, they weren't aware the order existed til I showed up and they searched the system. When I *finally* got my boneless wings, they were barely sauced, ergo not tasty. Flavorwise, I'd say mango habanero is tops for me, followed distantly by garlic parmesan. The ones I've tried: Atomic: spiciest, but that's all this flavor has going for it Mango habanero: best flavor I've tried so far, nice balance of sweet and spicy. When well sauced, makes me sweat. Cajun: too salty Spicy korean: tastes like teriyaki Hickory smoked: ok Garlic parmesan: really good

Oh gosh I specifically asked for his name and totally forgot it but it starts with a J... came in tonight for a quick dinner and tonight he and the rest on staff were awesome giving recommendations and even held the door open for me when my order was ready ! Also fast, clean, and everyone was so awesome!

Apparently a troll thinks I'm a "Karen" for telling my terrible experience with Wingstop. So to you I will say your right about the brownie. I thought it was a cookie but it may have been a brownie. I didn't open it. You obviously work for Wingstop or your family member works there otherwise you wouldn't gotten so mad about my review which I stand by. But thanks to your compliment I think I'll just contact the owner of the restaurant instead and voice my horrible experience. Thank you troll!
