Pretty picky when it comes to to french dip. All the flavors were there. And the bread was not too thick. Sometimes bread overload distracts from flavor. Good job.

So I went in to order a couple sandwiches. One of them was my usual hot pastrami with just lettuce & tomato. When I got home and opened sandwich I could tell the wheat bread was not fresh!!!! This is the 2nd time I've had not very fresh bread and I guess next time I just have to order it with different bread!!!! Sure wish the employees could please learn how to keep fresh bread available for the sandwiches.

They just throw the food in and wrap it up. No work put into these items and it shows. Togo's used to offer quality sandwiches and now you get tossed garbage with no presentation. Very poorly made. Probably won't come back. The photos are taken immediately after unwrapping them. The items are the Santa Fe chicken wrap and the bbq chipotle chicken sandwich. Probably could tell due to how poorly they were made.

The restroom door swings outward, and as my daughter was exiting the store, a customer came out of the restroom and the door handle struck her in the hip. It caused bruising.This door should not swing outward, and if it has to to meet ADA, it needs to have some type of warning barrier. we were first to order, a lot people came in after us order there food and they got there food we were last ones. didn't say anything. got home order was wrong got tuna melt asked for no peppers or pickles and it had bacon on it. terrible service

Saturday at 8 they never picked up phone I did a doordash order they on purpose ignored the phone calls please coach staff to be professional they are getting paid!!! Where is the manager for goodness

I always place my order online and I love the fact that it's ready at the time it states it will be! The staff is so warm and friendly and they keep the store extra clean even when it's busy! That's why I come almost every week because they are great
I always have a good experience at the Togos in Hollister. The cashier Caroline is always very friendly and welcoming. She makes me want to come back. I recommend #31 either hot or melty or not.

Horrible place they can’t get the order right. I asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes and I asked for extra Pepperoncinis and none. I call and the manager is rude. Lost a customer. The owner should really consider a new manager
