Ordered two BYO pizzas and bit on a nail found in one of them. I tried calling the location but their number isn’t even in service! Absolutely disgusted will never eat here again

Pizza is quick, fresh, and delicious but twice now I’ve received the wrong order (once on delivery and once in the store in person). It’s probably bc they are overwhelmed with online orders and it’s difficult to keep track in the assembly line once they’re out of the oven. Not sure what the solution is, but just beware if you’re ordering during a high volume time like dinner. Luckily, I’m not super picky, so I just ate the wrong pizza but still let them know lol.

The best thing in LA- im from nyc and i love this concept. Make ur own pizza - right on the spot with custom ingredients. Pricing is great and pizza was delicious. Workers were amazingly polite as well- will deff be coming here more often

Worst sense of urgency Fernanda was the only one working and creating sense of urgency for this location. Hustling like crazy manager on duty views the long lines and fails to react this was horrible experience with the exception of Fernanda carrying the team she should be the manager.

Slow

Send wrong orders out and never EVER answer their phone to fix the problem. We were hung up on. Their canned response to contact customer service just loops you through a bunch of messages and you can never talk to a person or leave a review or fix your order. They just steal your money and do not care, and are hoping that you don't have the time to demand a refund.

Maybe the worst service on Sunset Blvd. They ignore you and make all of the online orders before helping actual customers. They've ruined my lunch break multiple times because of their incompetence. Needs new management or a GM to light a fire under their a**

I went in to get a cookie for my son. The store was empty, no one to greet, finally a guy doing dough said oh welcome. Cookie we got was half the size of original cookie and it was burnt. Very poor customer service.

Came in to order pizza in person with a person with a nasty attitude. They told me they weren’t taking walk ins. I asked why and she very rudely told me they were running low on dough and had to prioritize online orders. Looked online and they charged 2 dollars more per order and did not offer all options for customizing. Shady business practices, walked out

One girl who works here is absolutely terrible!!! So rude and cranky. I came up and turned the pizza box on the takeout shelf about half an inch to see the name and she yells "DONT TOUCH THE BOXES ILL TELL YOU WHEN YOURS IS READY!" I'm like whoa... Meanwhile she doesn't even know my name and it had been sitting there for awhile. Then she continued to finish about 7 peoples pizzas before mine even though me and my friend ordered at the same time and my friend got hers before everyone else. Absolutely cranky and rude. Then when mine is ready she throws it on the counter and the box is half open, not closed probably and the sealed hot sticker not even closed. I love this place but enough to make me not come back. This lady should not work in a place where she has to serve customers

Do not order a large pizza, this is a scam, it is better to take two small ones. The size of a large pizza is not true. I am disappointed.

The Hollywood location is pretty rough. Every time I come in there it's completely empty, it's dirty, there's trash on the surface of the soda machine, employees cannot be bothered to show any joy or enthusiasm and takes them a good 2 minutes to even acknowledge you (I guess I don't blame them I wouldn't want to work here either). As far as the pizza itself it is really average. I paid $10.50 for a 2 topping personal pizza I guess that's a good deal. The crust is really smokey, my fingers were caked in burnt residue for hours. It's a shame 800 degrees pizza closed down because their pizza was noticeably better.

We experienced TERRIBLE service this evening. We were headed to a concert at the Hollywood Palladium so we were in a bit of a rush, and we decided to go to Blaze since they are usually super fast. Last night there were only two employees working. As soon as we walked in, the employee making pizzas told us they were not accepting walk-in orders since they were understaffed. He directed us to place our order on the mobile app. After placing our order, it took 30+ minutes for us to receive our pizza; however there was only one other couple dining in, as well as few others who came in to pick up their mobile orders. I believe forcing everyone to order via the app was significantly less convenient and slower than just taking in-person orders. I observed both employees completely stop working in order to show a couple customers how to download the app and place an order. I love Blaze, but I don't think they should remain open if they cannot provide basic, minimal customer service. Furthermore, there was a homeless person in the men's restroom for over 20 minutes so my fiancé was unable to use the men's restroom.

I ordered online with curbside pickup. When I arrived, I called the store as instructed. No one answered so I attempted three times. Went to Voice Mail. I went into the store and was greeted by a rude employee. I looked through my order and I was missing utensils, Parmesan and red pepper flakes. I asked for them and received another rude response. When I got home I opened the pizza and all three were burnt. Totally disappointed. Never eating here again.
