I must have ordered the wrong thing as this was nothing short of mediocre. The burger is absolutely nothing special, the fries were overly cooked to the point that felt stale and the only redeeming feature was the strawberry milkshake, which was nice.The staff taking orders were very helpful, a real plus for an otherwise below average experience.

For the price, you can't beat it...best bang for your buck and well worth it. Line seems big but goes quick. You might need to wait for 20ish mins for them to serve your food because of how busy it gets. This is a must if you are in California, and I recommend you even take a slight detour if you have to to try out the un n out. Also love yourself and get it animal style

My mom was visiting from NJ and absolutely had to make a stop by In and Out.The beef of the burger tastes like a quality burger, and the fries are crispy and delicious.This is one of the few fast food places left that truly give you value for your buck in my opinion. I brought my kids and was able to grab them both good shakes for just $3.If you have heard In and Out is a must visit when in LA, it's not overblown hype. It's true...go and find out for yourself!Note: One drawback is that there can be a line literally around the block when you come here at peak hours. I recommend checking to see how busy it is on Google Maps before you go to avoid sitting in line.Parking: There are between 30 and 40 spots in this lot. However, it gets really busy and they all fill. At peak times not only will the parking lot be full, but there is a line around the block for the drive thru line.Kid-friendliness: There is nothing here that is specifically designed for children. However, my kids both enjoy the burgers here, and you can get some shakes for dessert for just $3. It's a good price to get a little something special for the kiddos.Wheelchair accessibility: This facility has both handicap parking and an accessible entrance.
