I have never in my entire life experienced such unprofessional staff behavior. Mayenne appeared to have no hesitation to be unfriendly and rude. It was very visible that she did not want to be there. She didn't even manage to make the sub I wanted. PLUS she did not understand a single word I was saying and got pissed when I asked her several times to repeat what she said. On top of that, even though there were no customers ANYWHERE, the store looked like an entire football team had thrown their food on the floor. I would suggest sweeping the tables and the floor a couple of times a day... not coming back to this Subway. Sadly, one can't give zero stars on this app.

This place is the worst subway. They had a guy working here. They fired him Mondeco or some thing he ruined everything for everybody try to fight everything doing drugs in the back. He's an a****** he's gone. This place sucks

The service in this place is bad. First time the worker at night for no reason was aggressive and refuses to serve me since then more then a year ago. 2nd time due to religious belief, I do not eat pork and it's produce and came by to get Turkey and egg sandwich. I wanted to order via h et eats and this option doesn't exist there. The worker said she wants to help and told me to order breakfast egg and cheese sandwich and add Turkey. When showing her this option doesn't exist, I asked to substitute bacon with Turkey (they are same cost) and they refused to do so because that's the menu and couldn't overthink a millimeter towards a loyal costumer. When saying "don't take it personal but that's a stupid situation" she started yelling holding a broom's stick asking me aggressively who did I dare call stupid. Small reaction by small person would never stop by after ordering 2-3 times a week different types of sandwiches everyone don't support this business.

There’s a really rude woman in her mid 40s, rushing me and throwing my food. My boyfriend and I were the only people in there.I see other reviewers mentioning her and her bad attitude. The food also looked dirty and messy, there were toppings mixed in different containers and there was food scattered all over the counter and tables. Would not recommend.

There are a few bad reviews, but my family and I had a great experience at this location on December 22. The server was enthusiastic and made great sandwich recommendations. He also packed in extra meat into our foot long!

Workers here did not acknowledge us when we walked in. Asked to use the restroom while he was finishing an order and said I couldn't. He said it was because of "health department" when the sign read NO public restroom. Walked out without ordering a sandwich because of how disrespectful both workers acted.

The cashier already had a lackluster attitude when she saw me enter which I'm fine with, nothing offensive other than the fact that the previous customer was treated to a much better service. I begin my order and ask how much was the combo and get answered with "6in or footlong" to which I answer footlong and she just begins to make the order without answering me. Maybe because I didn't look like I had money like the rest of Hollywood, I was treated as if I wasn't a serious customer. Regardless, as I continue ordering I can barely hear anything the sandwich maker/cashier is saying as if she's trying not to speak to me and barely engaging eye contact, adding toppings as slow as I've ever seen at a Subway and this is consistently enfuriating me but who cares right? It's just an attitude, I'm still getting my sandwich lol. Overall, once she saw my wallet, her mood shifted a little and I will never go back there again and strongly recommend that that terrible customer service worker who doesn't even appear to care for customers be fired from the establishment immediately. I may go back just to see to it myself. Disgusting
