I never had an issue with Pizza Factory in any city or town. But this one in particular. I SIMPLY CAN NOT BELIEVE THE WAY THE OWNER SPOKE TO MY WIFE OVER THE PHONE. He needs to improve his service if he wants customers to come back. Keep the money if you are that greedy. Ricos pizza across the 99 just got a new customer in Hughson.

Ordered here and the owner himself was the most rudest person I have ever met. Honestly it was completely shocking and disgusting to see how rude the owner acts b/c I could only imagine how he is on a regular basis if that is how he acts in his place of business. I personally don't recommend going, eating, or even walking by there to anyone. 0 stars.

I walked in and heard someone yelling at customer on the phone and immediately turned and walked out. I cannot comment on the food but the as soon as I heard "go ahead and call corporate lady!" I knew I was done.

The service here is terrible, if the manager thinks he can act like an entitled brat by yelling and screaming at his guests; who only came to speak calmly over a simple misunderstanding on an order. Which could have been easily resolved. Right off the bat the Owner, himself, wants to start a yelling contest suddenly. Such a power hungry, little man trying to intimidate his guests speaks volumes to the treatment of staff, guests and overall outlook of how this owner likes to run his business. Never coming here again.

I just found my new pizza spot! I ordered a XL Hot Honey Pepperoni and it was absolutely delicious! When in woke up this morning, I swear to you it was the first thing on my mind! I'm going back tonight and trying another one of their creations and I'll bet I love that one too! I found the staff to be very warm, polite and inviting. Great find indeed!

What a gem in the town of Hughson Ca. Working out in the field in multiple cities it's hard to find affordable options for lunch. This location has a lunch buffet very reasonably priced. They make some amazing pizza and I'll be bold enough to say it's the absolute best I've ever had. You can dine in and they offer a salad bar or pick up and take it. I believe they offer local delivery too but you should call and ask. My coworkers and I eat there often. The staff is friendly and the service is great. They also have games for the kids. If you haven't tried them you're missing out.

One of my favorite pizzas. Their crust alone is a winner. Hand tossed. Love the fresh tasting ingredients and not super greasy like so many other pizza places. Friendly and they love their town!

Best pizza in town! The owner Derek and his wife Carol, do a lot for the community and are amazing people! They have a new pizza oven and the pizza is even better than before! Great sauce and dough with all the toppings available. They also run weekly specials. The sandwiches are phenomenal and the pizza bread's are off the chain! Highly recommend trying them out. They are available on DoorDash if you live outside of the area.
