Look no further for the best Mud Pies and Ice Cream Cakes! I'm a little late in posting this review, this location is the BEST in HB! No only great customer service but very friendly & willing to go the extra mile! A beautiful store, the ice cream cakes fridge stocked with fresh cakes and ready to assist in all your ice cream needs! Including that Mud Pie I ordered and picked up for a party. No other store willing to help or take my order... Thank you so much for your great service and delicious pie!

Coming here for 2 years and as of late the scoops have decreased in size a lot.Heard several people today talking about how little ice cream they got on their cones and even in cups.I had the equivalent of one scoop in a 2 scoop cup. Not cool.Not feeling it.

OLD SCHOOL - Banana Spit PieFor those of you who remember this from many many years ago. I asked them if they can still make them. They said YES and I have to say if you have never had one, what they made was FANTASTIC, just as I remembered. It looked just like they did years ago along with taste etc.Many thanks to the folks there!!!!I will be back in future and probably order another one....

What can you say that hasn't been set? Are ready for an institution of ice cream, this is a pretty cool place. They've been around since 1967. Holy Toledo same great selection very friendly staff.

It's my bad I haven't written a review of this Baskin Robbins. I have going here for over 20+ years. It's a staple in my hood. Always great ice cream. The folks and very nice and helpful. Most importantly I have bought so many birthday ice cream cakes for countless family birthdays here. Recently, my daughter turned 15 and she wanted the same hello kitty ice cream she got when she was 4 Years old. We went in to place the cake order. I showed the girls working there the cake from 11ft s ago and they delivered again... every time. We picked my daughter's 15th yr old hello kitty ice cream cake on Memorial Day around 10:40am and the shop looked empty so I freaked out thinking they were closed. Then an Asian lady came out from the back and I recognized her from years of shopping here. So relieved to see it's open and went to pick up our cake. The Asian lady's name is Kate. She's been working at this shop for 20yrs. I didn't see anyone else working and thanked her for working on Memorial Day. And thanked her for working at BR for the past 20yrs. That's very rare to see people working anywhere for that length of time. Kate is super sweet and kind!I just simply love this shop. There are so many new cool shops popping up everywhere but this Baskin Robbins has been a staple in our hood and our favorite every time. They never fail on all our party ice cream cakes. And their ice cream is consistently good all these years. Thanks Baskin Robbins! Thanks Kate!

Absolutely love my ice cream cake order! Thank you to the Baskin-Robbins team at this location for doing such an excellent job. It was my first time ordering an ice cream cake, and I am so happy and pleased with the result. I chose the cake design, cake flavor, and ice cream flavor on the Baskin Robbins website in advance and my order was ready for pickup just as promised. The design was exactly what was pictured online. I asked for a "Happy birthday" message to be written on the cake and the lettering was so beautifully done. The oreo ice cream cake also tasted great! My family and I enjoyed it. I have the highest praise for this Huntington Beach location, and would definitely come back for another special occasion cake. Highly recommend if you're looking for an ice cream cake.

Went to get a milkshake and apparently both blenders were broken, we settled for ice cream and went to our car which was right in front. One of their friends came in and miraculously the blender worked. Now the kicker, as they are making him a milkshake (which he didn't pay for), they are laughing at us through the window thinking they are so funny to discriminate against an adult, I fail to see the humor in lying to old people and I paid which I can't say for the friend. I was never rude at any point in the transaction so I think it's low class and a horrible way to operate a business. So the moral of this story is , if you want a milkshake on Sunday night in Huntington Beach location you better hope you know someone who works there

Customer service from Noel is horrible. She offers no solutions only makes sure you know how unimportant you are as a customer. My order was wrong and she blamed us and offered no solutions other than to charge me to make a new one! In a society where everyone is working towards better customer service this place is not one of them.
