Newest update, 2024! Visiting from Irvine again to this HB location was another memorable experience. I saw happy people everywhere. I especially noticed two ladies sitting while they were talking to the owner about how much they were looking forward to devouring the gooey 6 inchers he had just presented to each of them. The fact that they got so much sauce on their faces is a testimony to the deliciousness one can find at this particular Board and Brew. Giving this B&B yet another double fist pumping Irvine salute!

Greeted as soon as you walk in and it was quick service. The cashier was friendly. The inside was nice and gave off beachy vibes. The food is great the beef dip was nice. It was a nice treat to eat at the beach. Which is super close by.

This place is beyond out of this world. When you go there try the Malibu Hot sandwich. Sooo . This place goes completely out of the way to make sure the do the most for there customers if it's grabbing an extra soda and or asking if you need anything else. Love this place will continue to call this place my favorite sandwich spot ever!!! Thank you

Just when I was giving up on a decent place to have a lunch sandwich, after so many disappointing meals lately, I finally found one. My sandwich was perfect, the bread fresh, reasonably priced, and served faster than any drive through around here, even though I walked in.

This sandwich shop has become our absolute favorite spot for a quick, delicious bite.We're here multiple times a week, and honestly, we've tried a good chunk of their menu. decided to stop by for a casual date! my boyfriend and i split the california delight. so light and fresh tasting, would recommend :) don't forget to grab some chips too! we also ordered a side of special sauce which was recommended by the cashier and it was a great addition for a change in flavors. just wanted to point out the amazing service by our cashier, a lady with a bun (didn't catch her name unfortunately). her customer service was absolutely incredible. we had a series of questions about beer and accommodations to our order and she was absolutely amazing. she also greeted us when we were finished and took our trash. she was literally one of the most friendly individuals i've ever met and was the main motivation for writing this review. plenty of outside and indoor seating. they also had so many alcohol options for those interested. there's something in the menu for everybody!

I am upset I did not hear about this place sooner after trying it out for the first time.I was in Huntington Beach the other day and was in the mood for a sandwich. This place immediately caught my eye because of the high ratings and also because the sandwiches in the photo looked so damn good! I had to try it out.I drove over and walked in to find the place a little full. I realized they have like a little bar thing going on with patrons sitting inside having drinks and watching sports. It was interesting to see. The line itself to order was empty though.I went to the counter to place my order and the cashier was very welcoming to me. She gave me pointers and recommendations on what is good and popular on the menu and I ended up going with the Roast Beef Spicy and a bag of chips. I sat down and it was ready almost immediately, in probably less than 5 minutes. Good s*** :)The sandwich was really good too! It was nice and hot with a lot of cheese and not too many jalapeños. This particular one even comes with a dip for the roast beef which was very tasty, especially when mixed with the secret sauce they have here. Overall, this place was amazing. I enjoyed my food very much and wanted to try another one but I will come back another day to do that instead.
