Chicken was dry and lacked any flavor. Almost like they were left in the oven too long and had no marinade, which is weird since that’s done first thing the kitchen opens. Limited side selection. Rice super dry as well it was like eating mini flakes of wood. It’s sad since the staff has nothing to do with the state of inventory they just work there. Had to run to Stater bros to get mashed potatoes since they were out. I’ve also gone a couple of times when the website claims they are open ( like 7:30 ish) and they are clearly closed. Used to love Boston market , use to work there too. No place is perfect but don’t charge the price you do for such low quality food. Husband and I ended up just throwing the food away. Waste of $25 dollars.

Chicken dry and was not seasoned at all! I got the original, and it lacked any marinade or seasoning. It was the driest rotisserie chicken I've ever had.Mac and spinach sides were old and dry. Mashed potatoes had no salt. Cornbread was undercooked. They used to have the tastiest and most moist chicken. Now it looks like nobody cares. They don't even bother to turn on the AC, so it was like a hot greenhouse in there. Restroom looks dirty, too, probably because they use red tiles with dark grout. The place looked bare as if they were closing down soon. The location off Harbor was permanently closed. Half chicken with 3 sides came to $17. Normal prices for a meal now.Sad to say, I was better off going to Stater Bros for their rotisserie chicken. I have the fondest memories of going here with my mom.

Unfortunately the quality of product has gone downhill. It is sad to experience how the quality of their food is declining. to the point that it looks in its way out of business. Chicken was tasteless. I used to love going to Boston Market. No wonder they have disappeared from almost everywhere.

I'm sorry, but the food was not worth the price. I stopped in to get a bite to eat for lunch and it was nearly $17 for a small plate of turkey, potatoes, and corn. Plus a soda. Besides, the food was not hot enough to my liking and I had to have them microwave it. Not very tasty, and again too costly for what you get. I won't be going back again.

I ordered the turkey breast with two sides and corn bread. The turkey breast was dry and didn't have much flavor, which made it hard to enjoy. The mashed potatoes were also disappointing - they didn't have a great texture and didn't taste good. The mac and cheese was overly salty, which detracted from its otherwise decent flavor. To make matters worse, both my boyfriend and I asked for gravy on the side, but we only received one serving for our separate meals. On the positive side, the corn bread was enjoyable, with a nice texture and flavor.Overall, I was disappointed with my meal at Boston Market. While the corn bread was good, the turkey, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese were all lacking in flavor and texture. The oversight with the gravy was also a disappointment. I hope that in the future Boston Market can improve the quality of their food.

Came at 9:15 pm and restaurant is closed just an FYI time is not accurate. Sad I was looking forward to the sweet potatoes

They didn't have half the menu. No fried chicken breast meat for the sandwiches. No meatloaf. The potatoes were ok. Also the mac & cheese, and the creamed spinach. There were also limited options in the "unlimited drink" machine.

Good Food. Young men are courteous and patient. The restaurant just needs more staff as all restaurants do.Glad they are still in business!Best cookies and brownies-better then a bakery!!!

Neighbor and I went to Boston Market for their advertised rotisserie chicken for the special price of $3.70. We arrived at 11:15, just 15 minutes after opening. Sign on the window said there were out of supplies. We went to inquire and saw many, many chickens on the rotisserie and were rudely treated by the manager. Won't be going back there again!

Updating my most recent experience, you need to close the Huntington Beach store and likely the Costs Mesa. Stores are like ghost towns and nothing cooking even at dinner time 5:30 - 6:00pm. Lights are all out, food is cold and also not correctly provided what was ordered. No longer allows deliveres. I don't know who's running Boston Market, but they should be fired. By the way we ended up throwing the food away, and will never go to Boston Market ever again.

Horrible service over the phone, a woman picked up the call, I was asking questions about how to place my order over the phone for thanksgiving and she had a bad attitude and literally hang up the phone on my face. I love Boston Market but this type of service is absurd and disrespectful. If you don’t like your job find something you like doing it.

I just want to give a shout out to the manager! I wasn't able to host my Thanksgiving get together due to an emergency and he was so accomodating. So, here's a big THANK YOU!

I just went in and showed my mobile order to staff. They were, like, okay just wait for two minutes. Until I noticed that everything inside the restaurant looked going out of business with no ceiling lights. And then one of staff used one coke bottle (which didn’t look cold) to pour in my large coke. So I received my order including rotisserie chicken with the drink and left. The chicken tasted okay, I think it was old. I was not impressed with chicken and drink, and I don’t think I will come back.

Poorly managed. On coupon nights, they run out of cooked chicken or are not prepared to replenish side items before they run out. I’ve had them say it’ll be 25 minutes for the chicken to cook or 10 minutes for the sides to heat up and if I want something else instead. What’s worse is a few times I’ve seen a sign on the door saying they ran out of chicken completely and I look inside and see employees just standing around talking in an empty restaurant. It’s a consistent problem. They don’t know how to plan for surges. The business doesn’t train their managers how to operate a restaurant. The current team is running this place into the ground.
