We ordered to pick up and paid online, around 12:30pm on a Friday. When we arrived the lady had our order partially ready but said they were out of the butternut squash soup. We had ordered that in a bread bowl and a tomato soup in a bread bowl. So we said we'll take a tomato soup instead. But she forgot to include its bread bowl. And we told her last time our order was missing the chips. So she gave us the bag of chips for today's order but grudgingly gave us a second bag, looking at us as though we were lying, which we were not. We got to our car and luckily we had to wait to back out because she came out to give us a sandwich we ordered that she forgot to give us. We got home and discovered she didn't put in the second bread bowl for the second tomato soup. The two small Caesar salads were not generous nor really fresh, not much cheese either. So I was charged for two soups in their own bread bowls and only got one bread bowl.

Went there today to pick up lunch and bring it home. My husband wanted a side salad with his sandwich and this is what he got. That isn’t even a handful of lettuce, and the greens are rusty in places. One of the tomatoes appeared to be withered. I understand today they were busy, but this is unacceptable. I wish I had seen this before I left because I would have asked for it to me remade.

It's really sad how fast a restaurant can change. I love the food, especially the soups.No one greets you. No smiles. Nothing.Also the prices have really gone up.They are more concerned about the orders for pick-up.I don't think I'll be going back in the near future.

My husband stopped in for a loaf of bread and some sweets. There were only 3 people in the store, but he wasn't greeted. The cashier (who was across the room from the food on display) asked what he wanted. My husband told him. The cashier rang up the order before walking over to get the food. Never asked if my husband wanted anything else, thx for coming in... nothing! Lousy c/s!!

Insanely bad customer service, I watched a couple who ordered 20 minutes before us, the cooks messed up their order and when they rightfully asked for a refund the manager Xavier took away their food they just got, and walked away. Xavier the MOD stood in the back 95% of the time we were here while the cooks clearly needed help Avoid this location at all costs until new management is hired

I used to take my whole family for dinner at least every week and I'd have the vegetarian chili they offered twice a week but they discontinued it. No reason to go back now. Great place to eat. The bread was amazing and all the items where above par. One thing to note is that chili isn't served and after 3:00 p.m.The clam chowder in a bread bowl was excellent.
