I remember being in elementary school thinking you guys were legendary from cupcake wars. My neighbor and I have been loyal customer come birthdays year round. The shops owners are very nice and run the cutest shop ever. A clean and cute environment wants to keep you within itself longer and it works on me! Who doesn't love cupcakes?

This bakery is a cute place with lots of character. Seidy and Brenna helped me out at the counter and gave great suggestions. They were kind, knowledgeable, and had great overall customer service. Seriously, if management sees this I hope they give them a bonus because they were amazing. The cupcakes were delicious and very tasty! Highly recommend!

I LOVE bubba sweets. I've ordered cupcakes "just because" & I've ordered for those important milestone birthdays for both of my kids and both times they have gone above and beyond. They take in to consideration your requests, they are competitively priced, and they look beautiful! Thank you for bringing joy in to my childrens' lives with these amazing cakes and cupcakes!! And thank you for being a part of those memories with my children... I'll look at the pictures for years to come and will always smile when I see how you brought these "kids loves" to life!

This is the second time we used this bakery for a birthday cake, and they always do such an amazing job. The cake beyond exceeded my expectations and looked wonderful. I received so many compliments on the look and taste of the cake. We got funfetti with a vanilla buttercream frosting, it was delicious. Will be using this place for every celebratory occasion. The customer service was great and made the ordering process a breeze. I would recommend this place for anyone asking for a custom cake order.

BUYER BEWARE!! Would leave zero stars if I could! Ordered cupcakes a week in advance for a shower I am hosting on Sunday. I was told the manager would call to take payment prior to the date because I couldn't prepay as the owner has to figure out the price. They called yesterday four days later and left one message stating to call them back to finalize and pay. I call the next day to do so and am literally attacked by an extremely rude employee who took it upon herself to tell me they were trying to reach me all week and did not get a call back so they cancelled my order (which was still 2 days away). Also that payment was supposed to be taken 5 days in advance. When I explained that no one called me and no one explained that to me when I went in to place the order originally, she said well that's what they said and I don't know what you want me to tell you, they have been calling you all week. When I said again that it was only one time yesterday she blew up and said well how many times does someone really need to call?! Umm, what??? As a small business owner myself and new to the Harbour I thought it would be seamless. I am the person that is a customer for life at places where I get good service. This place was not it! Not only was she horrifically and unnecessarily rude, she was downright angry! So glad this happened before I did any business with them or gave them any money at all. I was able to place an order immediately at another small cake place and they were able to help me in about 30 seconds and with none of the entitled attitude over payment for literally 12 cupcakes!Sorry, you're not the only cake place in town. And with such horrible customer service, I can't wait to see what will take its place in such a prime location!

Never in my life and I seen such a wonderful hidden treasure in this place has a very finance selection, but each one of them is done so wonderfully you have to try them on. Today was the first time I actually got to try both the mini cupcakes and the faucet cupcakes, and they have jumbo cupcakes on top of that. Those are literally just small birthday cakes for me but I will tell you another part is that I love you have the carrot cake, the lemon loaf, blueberry cheesecake, which by the way should be illegal it is so good and the crowd pleasers I recommend triple chocolate, coconut cream, the Jimmy Buffett animal kolache round it off and if you want a wedding cake or a blueberry Hill, make sure you order snickers before you do it... All these flavors and more are offered here they're made from scratch. The owner is actually the baker and another treat that they have are cake pops, and after that unicorn horns I got to take all of these to my favorite radio station. They didn't even last 10 minutes they were gone so quickly so I'll be coming back if you want to have some fun but save on a budget? Then I highly recommend you look at the Day olds!! take those home put them in the microwave for 8 to 10 seconds and it will be just like they came out of the oven...Super yum!

I have been here a handful of times. Great cupcakes , very tasty and moist. I can tell they are using good quality ingredients. They have a pretty nice variety too!My only complaint is that the cupcakes always seem warm (room or outside temperature 75 F or so) . I would prefer them a little cooler. Overall, I like their stuff and I will come back .

We live in Northern California and wanted to send a lot of birthday cupcakes for our son and his co-workers to share. It’s kind of scary to do this long distance, but this company was wonderful. It is a family run business and the people are so nice (and competent). Everyone said that the cupcakes were absolutely delicious. We liked the variety of cupcakes that were available too. This is definitely a five star company in all respects!!

In a world where gluten free is a life of a whole lot of settling Bubba Sweets makes the best gluten free cupcakes. There is no settling for less here! They made our celebration so much sweeter with such care!! Not only just good "for gluten free" but a phenomenal and well balanced cupcake all around!

The morning of April 15, my main mission was to stop at a Starbucks to get drinks for my bff and me, so we'd have something lovely to sip while doing a bit of wedding planning. To my absolute delight, there happened to be this perfect cupcake shop right next door, and I couldn't resist the serendipity of it all. What more magical way to celebrate planning your bestie's wedding than indulging in sweets while you work? The store décor was cheery and bright, with glamorous chandeliers and a Christmas tree filled with pink roses, and the walls were adorned with a variety of cake signs, a unicorn dream catcher, a mermaid fin painting and more! Once I observed the beautiful cupcake artwork and realized I couldn't get them all, I narrowed it down to the Gwen Stefani, the Alice in Wonderland, and a Strawberry Shortcake. I told the woman who rung me up that I was heading to a friend's house to do some wedding planning, and she threw in a mini version of the Wedding Cake cupcake from the day before for us to try! I was incredibly pleased with the taste and presentation of each one and am looking forward to stopping here again next time I'm in HB!
