Went here for lunch and got their spaghetti grilled cheese ($12) and it was pretty good! The bread was nice and crunchy and the cheese was ooey gooey!! There's a small lot (about 5 spots) right in front or you can park on the metered streets or in a parking garage walking distance away and get it validated. The signs say no dogs but we saw a lot of people bring theirs in lol

They had some cool creative dishes that definitely pleased the kids in our group. They especially enjoyed the spaghetti in a sandwich.

The place I take all my visitors. The unusual and picture worthy spot. The fries are fries. The spaghetti grilled cheese is good for about a quarter of it. But needs the sauceeee.I tried the fried chicken and that was hit for everyone. Much more flavor that the spaghetti grilled cheese. Even the kids likes the fried chicken more.I tried the flamin hot chiccharron. The pieces came out huge and kind of dry. Super hard to break. I actually cut my hand ... -___-But must I say.. OMG elote toast. This I would come back for time and time again. Everything else was ok. Like I said... all visitors let's go to burnt crumbs.

Definitely a great place to grab a bite to eat at Pacific City! I was mind blown when I took a bite of the spaghetti grilled cheese sandwich. I'm a spaghetti lover and this was everything. They give you a side of marinara sauce to dip. Great flavors all in one bite! I'll be coming back just for this.

Do not miss out on this amazing place! The fried chicken sandwich was AMAZING and the cook even came out and offered advice on dipping sauce to pair with the sandwich. Just great food and great service! Thank you!

So, I only have a half hour for lunch. I ordered a pickup order from here to be picked up at 11:05, once I got the message that said my food was ready for pickup, I show up 5 minutes later and the cashier says for me to wait 5 more minutes? I actually waited 15 MINUTES. For a small actually (tiny) grilled cheese? Small cup of tomato soup and fries!! I payed nearly $20 for all these items & watched them prepare my WHOLE entire order as I was waiting. Also, the girl told me she didn't have my order either once I arrived there & checked a tablet? I suppose to see what I ordered.... Such a disappointment, if you are in healthcare(like me), or have a short break do not pre-order your food here, it's such a inconvenience.

The menu has about half the items listed on the website. A sandwich was left off our order, and that was clearly ordered, and when I asked they wanted to charge me in addition. I ordered a beer that was completely flat. Guessing it was just what was left in the line from yesterday. This is not a restaurant btw, just a food court place with restaurant price and vibe on the website. Save yourself the time and go to Popeyes...

I ordered the fried chicken and it was amazing. Honestly, truly. The biscuit was huge, the garlic mash was on point, and the combination of all the different flavors was so correct. The sauces elevated it to the next level, it didn't even need sauce though. It was that good. 10/10 would recommend and come back.

Definitely a good place to eat and one of the best things to eat at Pacific City. We tried the Nashville chicken sandwich, the carne asada fries and the spaghetti grilled cheese. The fries were just ok, but the sandwiches were great. The spaghetti sandwich is something that I have never tasted before. It's like a whole meal in a sandwich. Basically a great spaghetti with cheese sitting between two perfectly toasted pieces of bread. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was nice and crispy and had a great kick to it. The sauce was also great.

Randomly decided to order takeout and somehow Burnt Crumbs came up as a suggestion. I got a breakfast burrito and my hubby got the chicken sandwich, he ended up wanting my breakfast burrito more! The burrito came with house potatoes, which were really good and filling to go with the burrito! Only reason for a 4 star review is cause my hubby didn't like the chicken sandwich as much, despite adding whatever sauces came with my burrito

The service here was kind of strange. The young Asian girl that takes orders at the front counter wasn't very friendly and would barely say a word to us. Took our order and money, just stared and didn't really say anything. Brought our food to us, didn't say one word, even after we thanked her. We returned the tray back to her at the counter after we were finished, she just stared at us and didn't say anything. She seemed to have no issues chatting with other coworkers, so I just thought it was weird and bizarre. Lol definitely made for an awkward experience. The food was okay at best. Kind of bland, as others have stated.
