We were charged significantly more for our drinks than the board advertised because “the boss hadn’t had time to change it.” $6.50 for a milk tea. I thought the drink would have boba in it given the price and the picture on the board, but it was literally just a milky tea. Never would have paid that much if I’d known. Ridiculous.

They made a tea I didn't really like, so I asked them to make a different one. They happily did, I got the taro boba and it was awesome!!! Great customer service and staff!

I used to like this place until they messed up two of my drinks and lied when I complained. I’m usually not one to complain and confront people but this time I had to. I ordered 4 drinks and had to clarify my first coffee two times. Seemed to take the employee awhile to input my drinks and I ordered three other cold drinks ALL with honey boba which I specified after each drink. My mistake was not asking for my receipt but after calling the store to complain the manager really disappointed me. They had to verify my complaint THREE times and proceeded to lie to me over the phone saying that they repeated my order back, which they never did! The only thing they clarified was if my coffee had soy milk. I’m very disappointed in the quality of customer service. I wanted a credit since I did not have time to get my drinks remade and I still have yet to receive it. Luckily there’s plenty of other boba options. Sorry CaliTea but I’m not impressed.

Ahhh love this place! Drinks and especially their teas are made to ORDER, which I love. The aroma is like non other. This local small business got my support always! Not sure why people don't give this place a try. Glad I found out about them today, see ya tomorrow! Cali milk tea please!

Ran into this little quaint coffee/tea shop as I thought Starbucks across the street in vons had some seating to study. but finding out they didn't! Then behold, CaliTea a hole in the wall from outside, but inside withholds a clean and simple interior. Got my notorious cold brew, and this is absolutely fantastic. I can taste the roast and dark powers infused in every sip. A coffee shop with a good cold brew means the rest of the menu is made organically and authentically. Was greeted and served well at the front :) Also free Wi-Fi for studying and surfing the web! Cheers CaliTea
