Normally fast food server's tend to have a bad attitude but, I gave the gentleman at the counter a complicated order then I screwed it up and he was super cool about just fixing it didn't seem bothered at all.

I used to think all franchise fast food stores were the same. NOT TRUE. This location seems to have an owner who cares a little more than many. The burgers are always super fresh and not skimpy. I get my burgers in lettuce wraps, and they always do it right, and special orders are never a problem.GREAT JOB!

I had a great experience at this Carl's Jr.! I love the food at Carl's and am giving away several gift cards to friends for Christmas. Adam, the manager, took a lot of time to help me figure out how much to spend and then took the time to make all the cards for me even though his store doesn't get the credit unless my friends redeem their cards at his store. Anyway, I received EXCELLENT customer service there and am grateful to Adam for taking so much time with me.?
