Leading the way in Higher Prices before the competition does by a full year!And the all out winner in the Post Pandemic We will not reinstate things like napkins on tables or atleast available without having to beg, or bringing food to table or straws without asking someone remember the salsa bar I was told they got rid of it because it was costing 3 cents per customer and that was when they had a burger called 6$ burger that the price was like 10$ Truth in advertising right?A classic example of a once good fast food restaurant when Carl was still around , to this corporate greedfest where all decisions are not made in terms of quality but in terms of pennies per customer dictating the experience and customer satisfaction, hey if you keep telling the customer they are better off having to get up and ask and wait for napkins and ketchup they will eventually believe it!

Fast and friendly service. Clean environment and very good food. the store and parking lot always clean.
I asked for a double western with a add patty they have a button for that ive always gotten it this in my first and last time coming to this location it's a waste of time going back ... I had to throw away my food took one bite and disgusted since i cant eat spicy food...except for the zucchini... If I was given a receipt I will do another negative review since this just happened I don't know why you thought double western had japhinos ( note : your standard a triple western has japhinos) not a double western add patty so don't go around changing the recipe... but thank you for wrecking my food ( just realized she put the spicy triple western she screwed up my order...so your just lazy to ring it up right so you rang up what benefits what I said this was on her then lady please look for a new job or listen to the order correctly thanks to you I threw out the food except for the zucchini
The general manager Nidia Jasmine was very eager to serve me my food despite being short staffed for the day. Not only that but she did so with a very happy attitude and good energy about her.

First time at this location went there around 10:45 am today , was in a great mood . Spoke to this employee at the window was very dry. Wasn’t very costumer service friendly . Was really disappointed in being there and shows he didn’t want to be there . So monotone and trying to rush me out. Only reason giving this a 3 stars and not a 1 was because the food was good. Left in a different mood.
