Well, this place is going downhill. 8/8/24 came in, (1) there’s a leak coming from the ceiling behind the register that’s really bad, (2) the entire place smells like a urinal, could be the out of service bathroom but either way the smells leaking into the whole place (3) my food looked completely gross and not made properly. Go anywhere else.

Went inside cashier was Jacqueline ordered a boy bowl saw they had a lot of coupons asked for a coupons was a rudely denied shocked I told her you're very rude you're in customer service shouldn't be like that replied Jacqueline replied you are rude and I'm going to contact my supervisor and we are going to ban you from this restaurant I'm doubting her mental capacity so I asked for the manager she replied I am the manager impersonating as a manager me my friend and all of my other friends we used to go here have decided not to El Pollo loco going down hill I won't be surprised if they file for bankruptcy they have higher prices and lower customer service and the food is just meh
