Tyler is the best server I've had in a long time. We had a long wait and he brought us cookies, how kind. He was very nice and made our experience a lot more pleasant. He made the overall atmosphere a real hit. I highly recommend this restraunt, they really make us customers feel welcome. Five stars without a doubt.

We walked in and ordered a two piece meal (leg & thigh) and a chicken bowl. Leg meat was so dry and chewy, could not eat part of it, wondering if it was left on the grill for too long. The thigh was very small, bony, not much meat on it. It looked like they were serving Cornish hens instead.

The cashier Ana was rude, incompetent and screwed up my order. I got over charged and my Rewards program app, she forgot to include my purchase first my transaction. I tried to have her fix the error but shes said " Sorry" and smiled at me. I complained to corporate office.

Whatever happened to the chicken now they serve Cornish game hens literally a drumstick is the size of a chicken wing and a chicken wing has no meat on it at all

This location constantly misses items in to-go orders. Check everything before you leave.
I used to love their chicken. This time the chicken in my double chicken bowl was terrible. I had to pull most of it out. Not even edible. This was after I had to drive back to get it because they forgot to put it in with the rest of my order! They added a complimentary guac and chips for the trouble which was appreciated. However, it didn't make up for the terrible quality of chicken and the extra drive to get it. Won't be eating here again.

Why is something always missing from your order when you go through the drive-through?!? And why am I so stupid that I don’t check every single time to avoid this? Of course there are no tortillas included. And without that the plain Pollo bowl sucks. I asked for two sauces course I got one. What is that? It’s not their personal salsa. They don’t need to be so stingy. I just love paying for things. I don’t get!! And of course I didn’t get a receipt so there’s no way I can prove I even bought anything tonight, five minutes ago. Thanks so much!!

Like their chicken- it is consistently good at this location on Brookhurst. Today I tried their mixed (dark & light meat) and sides. All were happy with their meal and it satisfied the dietary needs of someone in our group who has dietary concerns and it able to eat some of their food with no modifications.Dietary restrictions: One of the members of our group has heart issues and is able to eat some of their food with no modification.
