I placed an order for an eight piece thigh and breast, they said they didn’t have enough, but I was able to purchase two extra breasts but not before having to pay six dollars apiece. And then once I got home no Salsa was provided . The worst service I’ve ever had at this establishment. I am a 60 year resident of Huntington Beach and will never go to this store again

Ordered the Original Pollo Bowl w/ flour tortilla and it's fresh. Bottle of water was not included. The chicken is flavorful all the beans, rice and cilantro and onions make it a complete fulfilling meal!

You guys: Customers make the money for you so if you love money, make some fast changes. This location served us very dry chicken. Not at all like I'm used to with this chain.
Worst El Pollo Loco location. They always run out of chicken, or sometimes the chicken is real dry and they do not put in fresh meat. I ate here for lunch the other day, and my chicken meal was dry and dull. Tortillias and beans were good. The tacos were good. I thought id give them the benefit of the doubt, and they failed.

Probably the worst El Pollo Loco I have been to.Chicken is not consistent. Yesterday, my breast was near raw and sometimes very dry.This is the dirtiest as well. The Latino manager is useless and obviously racist.
