I am a big fan of their food, but I was very disappointed in the customer service I got the other night. My wife and I walked in 30 minutes before closing and we were denied service because they were all done making food for the day. We were told that they "close down the line" 15 minutes before the posted closing time to start cleaning. So really, if management reads this, you should reconsider your posted hours. If you will not be serving people at 8:30pm because your workers have to clean then maybe change your hours of operations to read properly

Sandwiches are good, overpriced for their size but good. Service leaves a bad taste in your mouth!!! Ordered 2 sandwiches at 2:50 to be picked up at 6:15; they hadn't even started them. Then a young lady working behind the counter announced to everyone in the shop that it was going to be awhile before their orders would be ready . . . it was obvious by her tone and demeanor she was not in a good mood. Twenty minutes after I checked in my sandwiches were ready. It was the last night of their "After 6 half-off deal" so I'm sure that had an impact. I did feel that the meat quantity reflected that too, HALF-OFF!!

I give the food 5stars. The service ZERO. I LEFT due to lack of service. Like I was invisible. Ordering on line isn't much better. My order was 10 minutes later than the time posted it would be done.... No one else in the store! Disappointing

There was a promotion today that had at least 40 people in the restaurant. The team was calm under the obvious pressure to get everyone's orders together. The woman at the register was very organized and thanking us for our patience. They were clearly overwhelmed yet I appreciate them and their efforts. Please give them many kudos and will return again just to interact with the team as I know they can handle anything. Their names were Nick Sophia and Jared. They're great!

The food is almost always delicious and the motif of coarse always firehouse items, but tonight I want to talk about the staff. I went to the magnolia store first where they were packed and I wasn't acknowledged until 3 more people came in after me. It was 2 guys and a girl and they were very overwhelmed. Long story short there was no welcoming or apology so I left once told there's a 45 minute wait due to the half off online ordering....I decided to do an online order and head to this HB store. When I walked in it was the same situation with 2 guts and a girl and packed! This is a larger store so they are even more packed!!! I was welcomed by the girl and tallest guy. She apologized for a wait ahead of time. Even though they were obviously overwhelmed with guests, they all remained positive and apologetic and thanking everyone and wishing good nights as people left. If I would have had more than $5 I would have given them more in the tip jar even though I waited until 7:50 for my 7 o'clock pick up. Just their remaining in good spirits and continuing to be friendly made me want to tip them! Keep up the great, no EXCELLENT! mannerisms and people will patiently wait. Kudos to this store!!!! Now give these 3 a raise, please:-)

Beware! They put signs in front for specials. Then when you go in and order they honor the special! They say they forgot to take it down! Most places would honor it and remove sign. 2 hrs later sign still up!

As far as sub places go, this is one of my favorites. I like that they nicely toast and melt the cheese on the soft bread. When subway toasts their subs it just tastes stale, but Firehouse reminds me of a better tasting Quiznos. My go-to is the turkey bacon ranch, but the hook and ladder is pretty good too. Service is fast and friendly, and each kid gets a plastic firefighter helmet with their kids meal. Each Firehouse subs is decorated with firefighter gear and decor, which kids seem to love. They offer a free drink to first responders with proper ID, which is a nice. Overall I prefer this place over subway, Jimmy John's or Jersey mikes. That's This critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating.

Let down! Other locations are far superior. Zero for this location, it’s horrible! Quantity & Quality is very small compared to other locations. Giving firehouse chain a bad rap, made me really sad cause I love fh!They should have their franchises pulled. Hook and Ladder Sandwich Sandwich was soggy and nasty tasting and not hot. Ordered online product was not delivered at promised time it took over 30 minutes. Service is rude and slow. Tried to talk to manager short, older dark hair lady in red shirt and she didn’t care or solve problem or try to even go make order, ended up waiting 10 minutes longer. Place was so unorganized. Dirty no one busing tables. I won’t come here again.
