Excellent fresh pita bread, crispy garlic chips as well as great meat marinate and very tender too. Love the falafel as well! Friendly service and very generous plates. We will be ordering food there all the time. Highly recommended for authentic Mediterranean food

Absolutely terrible customer service. Our server was on her phone all the time, didn’t tell us there was lamb in a beef shawarma and in the end just yelled at us. Dont eat here.

Wanted to go to subway, but then saw this small business place and decided to eat there. I’ve been there once before and remember food was good.My mistake. Our server was terrible. I ordered shawarma that on the menu was called as a “beef” shawarma. When I tasted my food it was lamb. I didn’t really want it but our server just never came around and checked on us and was on her phone all the time. So I just ate what I had. Our check wasn’t coming forever and my husband went inside to pay and asked her “just out of curiosity, was it beef or lamb shawarma?” And she just yelled at him and gave all kind of attitude saying that “shawarma is actually always a mix of beef and lamb” like it’s a common knowledge and he is so dumb for not knowing that. Well, here comes your well deserved review and guess what? I’m not ever coming back again and do not recommend anyone as well. If you have lamb in a beef shawarma should probably state that on the menu. Or at least learn some customer service for change.

Impressed. Went there on Easter Sunday as my usual spot was closed. Ordered the chicken shawarma to go. The chicken was nicely seasoned and the portion sizes for the sides were generous. They threw in a lot of pita too with that butter garlic dip. Their pita bread was very fresh and/or homemade.So yeah, I’ll go back.

First apologies for my late review. Golden olive is a place to try and after trying you just become loyal customer. The hummus tastes just like home (Lebanon), with their freshly baked bread (it is to die for) also their plates are big portions and not pricy, fresh meat/poultry packing flavor. Imad is always there to help and welcome you with the typical famous Mediterranean hospitality. The owner is so humble and very friendly, I highly recommend Golden Olive.

Still the best Mediterranean food in Orange County. The chicken kebabs are tender and the side Dishes are delicious and healthy. The garlic sauce is perfection, and no one does pita bread like they do. Always fresh out of the oven regardless of the time of day. Their filet mignon kebabs are outstanding, and inexpensive for the quality of the meat. Quick, easy and outstanding!

This is our newest favorite place in HB to enjoy big portions, affordable, and delicious tasting food. The hummus and the whipped garlic butter are a must. The atmosphere is a fun family experience. The lamb shank platter is amazing and you get a real glass of wine when you order one. Not like other places that skimp on the pour..
I wanted middle eastern so chose this place close to my location. The humus was delicious and the bread was good. The filet was tough. The rice was good. The baklava was delicious.

This is hands down my favorite Greek/Mediterranean food place. I always get the salmon kabob plate. We drive over 15 miles to come here. The garlic drip is our favorite the best I've ever had. The salad and hummus are superb. I definitely go out of my way for their food I probably pass 10 different Greek restaurants to get to this one.

The bread here is hot, fluffy & so good! I've never enjoyed dolmas until I had them here & now I'm hooked! The falafel is the best I've had. The ambiance could be better for such good food & location. I normally only order food for pickup here.

Everything is so fresh. I love the Mediterranean food but their pizza is also very tasty and at a good price. I usually get a pita sandwich but the plate is better because it comes with fresh hummus. It's super close to the beach. The people there are pretty friendly. They do not have a soda fountain but offer coke cola right out of the bottle. I'm a loyal customer now :)
