Had the most terrible costumer service experience on 2/10 at 9:45 pm. Extremely disappointed in their attitude and overall performance. Several eye rolls were exchanged over the great inconvenience of having to serve a group fifteen minutes before closing. They were extremely reluctant to serve us, they were sarcastic towards us regarding "taking our time". Overall good ice cream, but the teenagers staffed have some serious attitude problem. They need to change their behavior, it doesn't make customers want to come back!

New Year's Day and had a craving for ice cream. Of course there are numerous places in the short vicinity of downtown Huntington. But wanted to get away from the crowds. So came here. It was definitely quiet but it was busy for them. Either or the girls working there were nice. The prices were actually reasonable and a decent size so I was satisfied. I can eat a lot of ice cream so got the sundae, build your own. And like I said. A good amount for the price and I was satisfied. Also a fun selection of flavors to choose from.

This is a little spot in Pacific City shopping area (south end) at the food court area, to your left as you enter from the patio seating.They have many ice cream choices and some yummy ice cream creations that are premade and ready to go. Pricing is fair for the quality and serving. We bought two Munchies and they were solid!I was a little afraid of chocolate on chocolate but to my surprise, it was perfect. The chocolate wasn’t what you find at other ice creameries. Creamy, heavy on chocolate, less sugar, and I could swear I tasted a spice undertone (nutmeg? cinnamon?). It was so good and reminded me of the flavors of handmade ice cream in Mexico.Conclusion: Recommend - will be back!

No sample equals no sale. If you're gonna sell overpriced ice cream, you should let people sample a flavor. Unfriendly as well. Won't be back.
Pretty good ice cream. Had Bordeaux cherry and strawberry Oreo. Both are pretty good and service is friendly.

I dont know if ice layered on top of ice cream is unsanitary and of health guidelines but I have a food permit and I remember that iced over product means it was not stored to proper temperature and refrozen and should be discarded.Outside of the frozen ice on ice cream, the Coffee oreo was very yummy. Tasted very good.

This place is fine. The ice cream was fine. But what makes me the most upset is the advertising. Don’t advertise as homemade if you’re not. The cookies in the ice cream sandwiches are straight from Costco. Waste of my money and time.
