Visited early on a Thursday Evening. They had Pizza for the weekly special, but decided to order the BBQ hickory burger and my wife ordered the fish and chips I substituted the salad for fries. The salad had a lot of other veggies and cheese. Burger was huge and tasted great. The fish and chips were also great. Only let down was the number of local drafts available (although 805 on tap is nice). We will be back.

New Years day crowd. Understaffed so servers get only partial blame when our Pizza arrived at our table warm, not hot. We had to ask several times for straws, water and a soda refill. Appetizer arrived at our table before napkins, utensils or plates. The table next to us was not bussed the whole time we were there. So sad. The BJ's near our home in LA is always on point in every aspect to make the dining out experience a real pleasure. BJ's on Main in HB needs to do better.

I used to looooove coming here for the food and happy hour vibes but the happy hour food is just really terrible. Their pizza, pasta and tacos used to be really yummy but idk what happened.. their jalapeño poppers are nasty

Service was very slow, bar atmosphere was loud and dirty. Food was just ok

Returned to the shores of Huntington Beach and the Pasea Hotel to retrieve some gifted wine, that failed to arrive at my room during the wine festival, which provided an opportunity to enjoy the warm California sun, blue skies, refreshing breeze, and picturesque ocean while cruising with the top down. After retrieving my wine, we decided on a walk along the pier, and then explore the main street for a bite and a drink. After walking to-and-fro on the street we arrived at Huntington Beach Beer Company and I was enticed by their Friday Special: Fish N Chips for $12.99 and a Blond Ale Pint for $3.00 (smile) We ascended to the second floor to discover the establishment was actually Sports Bar and Pub, with indoor as well as terrace dining options and televisions everywhere! Saturday's NFL game was on, which added to my enjoyment. I ordered the Fish N Chips Special and my wife ordered the Grilled Chicken Club. The food arrived shortly after our order and the fish was cooked to my liking (crispy) and the fries too! The Chicken Club arrived a little bit later with toasted bread and no mayo (as requested). As we watched the football game and people watched, I totally enjoyed the fish with malt vinegar and tartar sauce, and even got a bite or two of the delicious club sandwich that was sitting next to me (smile). The atmosphere was sports bar but quiet, which allowed for casual conversation and a relaxing experience. No complaints and the food was fresh, visually appealing, and delicious! And my beer was cold and crisp! Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

See the thing is the food was good and the ambiance was good but what I really didn't like was the they had signs outside saying they had deals And yes we knew not all of them were valid for that day but we found one saying discounted pizza and didn't specify a day or anything then we came in for the pizza and realized the discount didn't even apply We were def miffed about it and tried to explain the misunderstanding to the server and she seemed p unempathetic, but it's not our fault the signs were misleading Like yeah they don't owe us anything but at the very least they should make sure the signs outside are accurate so people don't feel lied to

Great place been going here since I moved to Huntington Beach in 2020... the bartenders are awesome & prices are reasonable and you get the views! They have a smoking patio and nonsmoking patio which is amazing. Great for people watching on main street or simply relaxing after the beach. They have ridiculously delicious food like you wouldn't expect! My favorite thing is the Salmon, comes with rice, sautéed veggies (zucchini, carrots, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes) and the most delectable creamy sauce on-top it all with a massive portion of salmon. Go for happy hour & get super cheap but delicious fries, mozzarella sticks, salads, etc. Everything is great here, you'd think it would be crammed but weekdays its chill.

Me and my boyfriend had an ok experience here. Took a while to be sat and a server didn't get to us until 20 minutes after we sat. We ordered and the food and drinks were good but then had to wait a while for the check. Service was the main issue and the place was ok. Outside seating was nice looking on Main Street.

The food was not good nor was it fresh. Ordered a chicken club; avocado was dark and over ripened and the lettuce was dark and moldy. we did not have a good experience. The view from the second floor is nice and can be enjoyed if you like to people watch.

We decided after walking around to eat here and shared a pizza. We did the half half for $19 and picked the bbq and Thai chicken, it actually wasn't bad ! The pizza is thin crust but has so much on each slice, the pizza was delicious. It's a nice spot to hangout and sit near the window to people/ car watch since everyone has such interesting cars in Huntington Beach.

Busthead ..

Not recommended. They only had one of their own beers on tap because they don't currently have a brewer. Food was mediocre and service wasn't much better.

There is absolutely no way anyone leaves more than a 2 star review for this place. The good reviews must be friends of the employees; there is no other explanation. I don’t even think John Taffer, from Bar Rescue, would try to save this place!Let me preface by saying the place was not all that busy. I’d say 1/2 full at best. After we sat, un-acknowledged by the 4-5 servers who walked past our table during the 15 minutes we sat there; we figured we might get service sitting at the bar, so we moved. The bar seating was 1/2 occupied. The bartender (Abigail on the check) is the most unpleasant and unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with. Maybe she’s just lazy, or maybe she’s just…… you know what she’s just a lazy and unfriendly person who doesn’t seem to care. She would likely be a better fit working in a back office somewhere, instead of a customer-facing position. This place claims to be a brewery, and even has all the equipment setup behind the bar….. the beers on tap were Kona Brewing, Pacifico, Beachwood Brewing, and Pizza Port. That is literally the only beers they were selling. They can’t even get their own beer on tap! The entire experience was nothing more turns a farce.

Upstairs bar/restaurant with outdoor seating. The inside is on the darker side and doesn't bring the beautiful beach vibes. The beer is good and the food is alright. Service was pretty fast and attentive. The garlic frings definitely don't disappoint on the garlic . There must have been a full head of uncooked garlic slapped on top of them. I will certainly be free from vampires for quite a long time

Love this place! Such good food and amazing friendly service. Really good range of options on the menu. The pizza is great. The pastas were really good too. Pretzel sticks were pretty salty but a great bake on them. The only thing that was sub-par were the wings, not enough lemon pepper seasoning. The ambiance and view on the patio make a really fun beach atmosphere. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.
