Always great service. There is a woman that works the drive through sometimes, I think her name is Avila, or something like that, and she is the nicest person and always gets the order correct. Great people work there and I go to that Jack in the Box rather than other locations.

By far one of the better tasting jacks we've been to. We got the wedges and we're much better than the ones we normally get at the jack near our house. The nuggets were gross as it tasted like eating fried gel chunks but everything else tasted great. Just avoid the nuggets.

I went there for 40 tacos to bring back home to Westchester Il and and they pkg'd everything perfect. They kept the lettuce separate and from the tacos. Bought them Mon @ 10am and I ate them 6 b4 dinner the next evening and toasted them in the air dryer for about 5min and they turned out perfect.

Ordered a burger and specifically said no cheese no butter. I get back on the road and the burger has cheese and butter. The receipt even said no cheese no butter.Please make sure orders are checked.I can't eat this it's going in the trash.

Ew. Found a long black hair in my taco yesterday. Attention fellow patrons. Open up your food before consuming! You’d be surprised how many hairs I’ve found ? it was originally mixed into the taco. I pulled it out to examine it. PS, we are all blondes.

Jack-in-the-Box they need weigh adjustment on their attitudes and if you pay for something you should get what you pay for when you order large fries you should get the large fries and not a small or medium because they don’t wanna fill the whole container up bad attitude, bad customer service

I walked in with my 2 little girls 5 & 6 yrs old & I got them some churros to go. They wanted a little splash of vanilla ice cream from the shakes on top like they did it for us at a different Javk in the box. I was willing to pay for it. Just a little on top taste better & looks fancy. Well the manager said No. It was nobody there no costumers. OK that's fine, them I asked to buy a vanilla shake & do it myself. I didn't need a $7 shake just to put aspoon full on top & throw the shake away.. thats my little girl's & I want to pleased them with what they want. Well they refused to sell me a the shake. Why? I don't know. Maybe the manager wanted to win & didn't want me to get my way. or he was power tripping. Or maybe cut I look Latino & I was in Huntington Beach.. don't know why he didn't want to sell me a shake.. hurt my little girls feelings I have no idea. I call it discrimination. I'm lucky they had a 7-11 next door & we got our ice cream there. & my little girls wre happy... I think my $$$ is as good as everyone 's $$$$$. Very disappointed Jack...Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all . Hurt my 2 little girls feelings. We weren't asking for free food.. I had like $300 in my pocket. We could of went anywhere else but they wanted mini churros with vanilla ice cream.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal. The lady insisted it was a 5 piece chicken tender kids meal. I kept telling her my order was wrong but the idiot wouldn't listen. I gave up. Need more English speaking people there
