I come to this spot almost every morning and sometimes in the evening. Two reasons, convenience and customer service.... the staff at this location are so friggin' friendly, they are respectful, polite and their interactions seem genuine! I know, these are "common" attributes that are "expected" from any business, why is it a big deal you ask???? I tell you, it is because common courtesy is not so common for this generation of customer service staff across all industries! So yes, I am more than impressed with great customer service these days! Oh yeah, two thumbs up for not being on your phone while serving customers! Thank you Jack staff on Edwards & Bolsa, you guys (and gals) are the best!

Couldn't make my order right ordered off the app said no raw onions and add extra grilled onions and got raw onions then I was told those were grilled onions. Gilled onions are more of a brownish color were raw onions are white and what was on my burgers was white onions. They also tried to reuse the burgers I brought back until I said something. Overall this is one of the worst experiences I have had with Jack in the box
