Honestly very disappointed at the costumer service of this location at Jersey Mikes. Went here many times buying sandwiches, using the Jersey Mikes app to gain points. Once my family had accumulated points to buy sandwiches on their accounts, we ordered sandwiches and had my dad pick them up. But in the end, they wouldn't make the sandwiches because the last name on the accounts were the same-obviously bc we are a family. My dad trying to figure out a solution, resulted in the employees giggling, laughing, and belittling him; outright mocking him. In the end, we lost all the points that had been accumulated from last purchases with our own money and from offers in the jersey mikes account. While I can understand how the employees might’ve seen this situation; as they just make the sandwiches. The way they acted and dealt with my dad was just honestly plain out rude and unprofessional. I do love their sandwiches but wont be going back to this location.

I made an order for a giant sub and then I found out I had enough points for another giant so I ordered it as well, when I arrived to pick up my order and they told me we can’t complete your order with the reward system when the app literally told me I had enough for a free sandwich. They wouldn’t give us the sandwiches using the point system. I bought a sandwich 3 days ago online and picked it up and they’re doing buy a sandwich and get 72 points (which is enough for a regular) plus my other points from purchasing sub, they wouldn’t let me along with my family’s orders because they all ordered sandwich as well. They told us we can only give you the ones that were actually paid for which is 3 giants and one regular . The ones my family got with their points were told by the manager to not be made. The staff were rude and were laughing, dying on the floor. Overall not happy and went home frustrated and hungry and my family was extremely annoyed. Amazing sandwiches and food. The service is beyond amazing. I have never had bad service. I was helped by a Christian and Taleen today, with nothing but positive attitudes and smiles. These days, i can't ask for extra napkins or help finding an item without attitude. The guys at this jersey mikes is doing it right. I appreciate the awesome service and hope good karma comes back to these guys! Thank you!

I would choose 0 stars if I could. I ordered my food online through the website and requested extra red wine vinegar on my sandwiches. I made sure to write please and thank you on the request! When we arrived to pick up our order, it was not done and the person making it was ranting and complaining about the customer wanting extra red wine vinegar. The other employees looked mortified and were whispering to each other about his behavior. Concerned about the rage coming from the employee we silently took our food and left. When we got the order home, we discovered the was NO red wine vinegar anywhere to be found. I took our order back to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager who promptly denied complaining about our order and didn't offer to fix it. He lied right to my face. He was rude and dismissive. If this person, James, is truly the "manager" he needs some serious retraining in customer service. He just kept complaining that asking for extra red wine vinegar means you want it on the side. Even if this was true, there was NO red wine vinegar in our order, including on the side. I finally had to ask to have our sandwiches remade and the young lady who did so did a good job. However, the inappropriate and negative behavior of the manager, James, was so unpleasant that I will never visit this Jersey Mike's again. 0 stars. Do NOT recommend.

We place a large catering order that was perfectly filled and ready on time. Robert was extremely helpful making sure we had everything we needed. He helped me carry everything to my car as well. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his job and communicated well with customers.

Just wanna start off by saying that I love Jersey Mike’s. It is my favorite sandwich shop. I have been going to the same location for three years, and the staff have been rude to me for the last few months for reasons unknown to me. I have tried contacting the store owner to complain, and he ignores every message I send. I don’t understand why I get treated so poorly when I am a frequent and loyal customer. I’ve had to change jersey mike locations because the staff doesn’t even make eye contact with me and tried to dismiss me as fast as possible. Nobody deserves to be treated like this just trying to pick up a sandwich for lunch.

For years, literally since this location opened, I have been a loyal customer. As a vegetarian they have always sliced my cheese on a clean cutter. But today, a new manager named James said that he couldn't do that and would clean off the meat covered slicer up front. He cleaned it, I still saw meat and and I cancelled my order. Too bad. Never again. Sad. Oh, and the philli sandwich I got for someone else was missing ingredients. Good job James!

Used to be our favorite Jersey Mikes to stop on the way home and get a yummy sub sandwich. Our favorite is the number 13 large Mikes way. Today on 3/29/23 at 4:40pm some of the employees were not wearing hairnets or hats. Unfortunately my wife works in food service and we immediately walked out after she saw some employees not wearing hairnets. She mentioned it's regulated that employees wear hairnets. This was our second time walking out. I noticed someone else had the same concerns in their review as well. Please get it together Jersey Mike's as we love your food.

Employee's never change gloves, never wear hats, and or hair nets, constantly touch face when making foods. Stopped making my sandwich to go in the back and get a drink of water to then come back to make my sandwich. Gross
