Not sure why every time i do a mobile order here they refuse to make the sandwich the way i pay for it to be made but i figured since this has happened multiple times now I’ll just leave a review and go elsewhere from now on. My boyfriend picked my order up for me and apparently the person working was rude and told him everything was in the bag even after he double checked and everything actually wasn’t in the bag. He stated he had to repeat himself multiple times before they gave him what he said was missing which is honestly ridiculous. The sandwhich bread was really stale too - or over baked maybe? Idk but it tasted old. I definitely wont be back at this location.

In the summer we placed a large online for our team playing across at Marina HS. We set it up bc boys only had short break between games. Get there & Erica tells us they cancelled bc "they ran out of all Italian meats". We placed the order night before!, why weren't we called. All 3 looked at us. Erica said she would refund us whole amount & give us a $50 credit. She never did. Had another tournament today, decided to give them another chance. Ordered online on Thurs 12/7/23 & called to verify with Mgr Spencer. Apologized, assured us that wouldn't happen again, and they had everything. Got back to field & 1 beach club missing. Ok, no biggie. Daughter called to just get refund for that sandwich. No apology, told her that he'd have to refund whole order then Recharge order again without it! So he told us we could get cash but we had to go in. She didn't catch his name but it was a red headed kid. No apology, a little attitude for their mistake. So sad, bc the kids like JJ and there's not that many around anymore. We all worked retail at some point, and we know it's not easy, especially these days. But come on you make a mistake you need to teach your employees to apologize and not make it seem as if it's our fault.

I usually love jimmy johns but this one is just not the best. I was so excited & craving it for a long time, I ordered the Beach Club & it came w/ no lettuce & almost no avocado. Very disappointing.

I thought I'd give this Jimmy John's a try because The Fountain Valley one is horrible. This one is just as bad ???. They cannot get an order right even after I had them repeat the entire order a second time to verify everything was entered correctly. I asked for extra peppers and they put it on the wrong sandwich. And the sandwich with extra pickles had none at all. The store was out of lettuce so I couldn't get a salad. And I seriously don't understand why they put sandwiches with oil and vinegar in a paper bag vertically so the sandwiches all drip thru the entire bottom onto my car, all over the seat, then every surface it touches after.
please tell me the justification for charging $.89 for a side of ranch that is less than half full... trash.

$48.25 for 3 sandwiches and 2 brownies.They added lettuce to our sandwich, we had asked them to not include. And forgot 1 brownie. I came back to get my the missing brownie and you’d think they would offer some sort of apology but Nope all I got was a goofy look from the 6’ tall kid behind the counter and a mumbled “Here” when he handed me a brownie. Like I was in the wrong. Next time we are picking up food for the team it will be a “hard pass” on ever going here again.

The two guys who served me at 6pm Friday are the best. Great attention paid to my order. Jimmy John's might take a hint from the old Blimpie's however, and add sweet red peppers to their options instead of offering just the typically boring hot ones.
