Bagel's are fresh have many options. They are a little smaller than typical. Place is very clean, and seems to be quite busy. They owner needs to learn a thing or two about management. Humans make mistakes, but to take it you on an employee in front of customers is beyond acceptable. Witnessed this on Sunday morning over a phone order not completed before the customer showed up. My favorite bagel spot in OC! JT’s bagels is the best. Everything is so fresh and they really pack on the cream cheese (I always ask for extra). If you like your bagels more toasty definitely ask for that, they tend to toast them on the light side but I like a bit of crunch to mine.
