I like the food. The price is affordable and the service is quick. We love to come here again.

We visited the new location after Hastings Ranch relocated here. It was early so we settled on their Happy Hour menu. Everything we ordered was very good. Their HH items are reasonably priced and the serving isn't reduced. They have hot sake and beer for $2 at HH. We were a little annoyed that our server was chatting with a customer every chance she could and we had a hard time getting her attention for another round of drinks and more sushi. The underground parking is uncomfortable.

If I could give zero rating I would. This was our fave kabuki branch until yesterday all their female servers were all MEAN. Literally mean. Just to start off- she laughed/smirks/make face or whatever you call it when I tried to cancel one of my orders and gave a different one and so in my suprise I then asked "its ok to cancel order, right?" She nod and just went off and didnt finish taking our orders. The rudeness continued whenever we ask for something. Mind you, we are all polite--I'm with my senior parents and my toddler-reason, husband, brother and my brother's special daughter. I dont wanna make a scene so I tried to stay as calm as I can. I then called the manager over the phone and complain about the incident. He was so very nice, apologetic and listening intently, he even gave me a credit store (but no plans on coming back any time soon). So to all the severs, I will undertand if you all having a bad day (we all do at times) but it pays nothing to be a bit nice or just be respectful. Coz I was the whole time. Also same thing happened to me with Michael A. reviews. You cant really enjoy food when frustration tasted first. Train your hostess well. We went their to celebrate a special day and it was all ruined by the way the waitress mean (more like racist) response to me. When I was all being polite and nice as I know how to treat servers well coz my brother used to be one too. The girl with black eye glasses you know what you mean and how you ruined our day. Same with the other girl whom I kindly ask to follow uo my dad's order which is by the way 74yrs old. And she responded to me "well you ordered it late so it'll arrive later". My regret was I didnt stabd uo right there and then. I just dont want to cause a scene and ruin my husband's special dah which end up being so. Last year we celebrated there too but all the male severs are all accomodating and nice. They even checks time to time if we need something. Unlike now all female servers which we dont know what the heck are their problems. Feels like we are unwanted their. Well guess what we're not coming back.

The place is near the movie theater, which gives a good vibe to come inside for a bunch. They have put up signs for happy hour with prices to be less expensive than other places for happy hour. The place inside has many decorations that are a mixture of Asian cultures, which include the war art that is near the restroom. They also have an outdoor patio and bar for both sushi and alcohol. Making it a place for different people. The service is generally nice, but with some lack of numbers to carry out the service, the place concentrated on big groups and observed the small groups if needed, but very attentive. But the observed progress of the work, it shows the separation of the active to inactive waiters/waitress by the same face in different tables. Which is the only drawback. The food is beautiful in appearance, and the taste is satisfactory, which makes itself in the best than it other branches. The tuna roll is balanced to have a right degree of rice and tuna that doesn't figure for quantity but craft for quality. The squid balls were perfectly cooked inside that many restaurants had made the mistake, but they also made the mistake that made short to perfection the freshness that the squid balls were made. Which in many aspects that most restaurants had uncooked the inside to be cold, soggy, or can accidently for food poisoning by the raw squid. This restaurant didn't make the mistake, but left out the freshness that the Squid balls were baked like a donut. The breading and inside would start to lose the intense flavors as time outside of the oven, which it tastes from the balls dough. The nacho sushi is different in craftsmanship that it was made blissful of flavors, but unknown of sour crop sauce that can smooth out the intense kick that gives the variety taste and adjust to the dish that perfect with creativity. Which made the place that can stand on the location as one of the great for sushi lovers and relaxation to eat.

Go during happy hour if you can! It's a great dinner date option for couples who want to go out on a budget. Food is great and the fish is fresh too. (No bad fishy smells) Sometimes food can take awhile to come out because it's always so busy. The servers are really nice and try really hard to be attentive it's just that it can get busy and they're pulled in multiple directions.

Been here before but always just stuck to sushi. I went outside of my comfort zone and tried out their spicy Ramen noddles and it was really good.

Waste of time.Ordered a meal at lunch time. Came in at around 2PM. Left at 3PM after not receiving anything but water, plates, and chopsticks. Waiter failed to check in with me, the customer, regarding the status of my food. I let the manager know and left.In short, bad service.

I've been going here for years. Today I was in the area and decided to go to Happy Hour. The menu looked very affordable, but I guess you get what you pay for. I ordered a California Roll and Mixed Tempura. It took longer than I expected, but I figured it was because it was Saturday and Bella Terra was pretty busy. Well my mixed tempura came first and I think we all know that the California roll should have preceded that. While I was waiting for the California roll, I started on the mixed tempura as I didn't want it to get cold. Well they must have had it sitting around because it was hot but not the least bit crispy. Pretty sure they microwaved it. For reasons I won't go into, I didn't send it back and ate about half. Nothing wrong at all with the California roll. My server was very pleasant, but the service still wasn't good. Being a senior citizen and a solo diner doesn't get much credit with unseasoned restaurant employees. First time in years that I did not leave any tip. I did mention the tempura to her and she said she would have taken it back for me. I had to bite my tongue from saying I couldn't get her attention anyway. Oh well, I'll go back and hopefully everything will be better. Maybe just an off day.

The food options here are great. My favorite is the Sushi Moriawase combo - great for two people. Their Udon noodles are good. Overall pricing also feels fair compared to other places.

Haven't been back to Kabuki at Bella Terra for awhile as their food seemed to go down hill since COVID-19..Even the one in Irvine Spectrum was already closed! We decided to give it a try today for lunch.. what a big disappointment!Soup came out not even warm.. we sent it back and it came back luke warm! 3rd time and it finally came hot enough but not real hot for soup! Requested brown rice and got white rice .. Chicken teriyaki was dry..Shrimp & Veggie Tempura were soggy & oily, not freshly fried!Pork cullet was also dry!Salad had fishy taste!Btw, they charged $1 for Sriracha now but didn't offer any other alternative hot sauces! The place was pretty empty for lunch, only one couple in dinning and noone at sushi bar!Server Tristan has served us several times in the last 10 yrs but was still not attentive to our needs at all and we were the only couple sitting at the bar area!Unfortunately, we are not going back there anymore! Sorry ?
