Arrived an hour before closing. One pizza was ready. It was grease soaked and stale and cold. The box itself was greasy. The server was not friendly or nice. Appeared to resent being there. The pizza must have been sitting there all day or perhaps returned by another customer. It should have been tossed in the trash. I never write reviews, but this deserved one!

Horrible customer service. Everytime. And I have been multiple times. I have 6 children under ten and they like little Caesars and unfortunately it's the only one close to our house. But I avoid it as much as possible because of the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They are nice but they will charge you for a most bestest and not give you half the pepperonis you are supposed to get. I found out I was overpaying for over a year for a most bestest when they only provided a normal pepperoni pizza. Also they refuse to answer the phone so I can't even find out when they stop taking walk ins.I probably won't come back, with inflation nowadays it just isn't worth it. Sad because the food was always good and fresh and they seemed so nice

Awkward experience most the time. Except the lady mid day she's super chill. Youngsters last time too, gave my order to a door dash driver. I placed for pickup, ON THE ACTUAL Little Caesars app. Which is usually smooth, punch in my code at the pizza kiosk but had to come back 20 mins later for an order remake. Not even a sorry either.

To much sauce cheese was falling off sauce shot out when you took a bite going to return it tomorrow didn't have time

Honestly, don't expect them to have the pizza you want ready... which is fine but you will have to wait 20 mins for a pizza if you order one.I paid A LOT for the sauces, they are $1 each. Then watched a teenager just grab a handful and put them in his pocket. He knew that you have to pay because I watched him look at his brother. So I guess next time I'll just "pretend" I don't know that you have to pay for the sides of sauce. Good to know!!
