This Happen 11 months ago and I accidentally put this review at the wrong location and i want to apologize about that. Bad Service..... Beatriz was the person who took my order. She had a bad attitude, and was frowning the whole time. I asked her to help me with the menu and she was not happy to help me. The cook and the cashiers were just talking and giggling and took forever to make my order. It wasn't busy when i got there. I was the only one in line, I ordered at 1:11 pm and gave my order at 1:34. When Beatriz give my order she didn't even apologize and they were laughing. They were immature and shouldn't have gotten this job. They don't know how to act right, no good manners, and don't know how to give good customer service. They don't take their job seriously. They have to be more thankful they have a job because other people don't. These people are ruining the luna grill good reputation. I work in healthcare and I always refer Luna Grill to my bosses every time they want to buy lunch for the office, but not anymore. These people should know how to value their job, have good manners and know what is customer service. I'm hoping the management will take action regarding this matter because this is bad for the business if they keep these people to work in the company. Beatriz fix your attitude, being a bitch won't take you any further but troubles.

Great food taste for us all, the service was excellent and they accommodated us for a fun birthday party for 9. We had the indoor seating which was perfect since it was a little chilly to catch up with each other's lives after a year from not seeing each other for some. Thank you Genaro & Rosy for being so attentive with our group. We appreciate the wonderful service! Important TIP to note that they also give a free dessert for the birthday celebrant. Gimme some of that baklava! Thank you Luna!

I go here pretty much every Sunday to pick up lunch for myself and my family. Leah and Genaro have always been friendly and professional. Restaurant is always clean and there’s always more than a handful of people dining in. The food is cooked to order so I pretty fresh and it tastes great! Wait time for food is what you would expect and food always comes out hot.I suggest you stop by and give them a try…I think you’ll be happy you did.
Order Uber Eats. The meat (chicken kabob and gyro meat) were actually pretty tasty. Flavorful yet not salty. However, everything else was pretty heavily spiced. If you like a lot of salty and sour flavor you'd probably like it but I felt like I need to eat two bowls of rice to go with it... It was way too strong for me. Also the portion is very small. For a bowl that costs $17 it was only 2/3 filled and not very filling.

We love Luna Grill. We love the salads, the kabobs, the pitas.... all of it. We love the sauces, the hummus, the rice. We love the service. Never a disappointment, and never a surprise.
Made fresh to order, so it takes a minute, but that is why it is so good. The ingredients are high quality, the portions are properly sized and the value is good. There are lots of different options and flavors to choose from. The staff was very polite and asked us if we had any questions while we stared at the menu. It is a walk up to order, get a number and severed at your table style. I love that, because it speeds things up while providing nice service and this place can get busy. Tons of healthy options and also really good fries and pita.

We used to love this place but it has gone straight downhill. First the portions are at least 30% smaller than they used to be while the prices have increased substantially. I wouldn’t mind paying the increased prices if the portions and quality (also not as it used to be) were the same.Really noticeable how they have changed everything here and DEFINITELY for the worse.

Chicken was so dry, like it sat there for hours.Asked for French fries instead of rice.Took salad and rice away and gave me a lot of fries.Just can't follow directions.I used to enjoy this but not lately.This has been more than once of not being where it should be in quality.

I had an exceptional dining experience thanks to Sara, our cashier at Luna Grill. Sara's knowledge of the menu and thoughtful recommendations were amazing. Special for my girlfriend who has never had Mediterranean food before. Thank you Sara!!!! You’re the best!!!!
