This is most ghetto McDonald's and in a super nice city. They are late open every single weekend just like right now, Google says open yet doors always locked. This happens every single weekend. And when they do open roof leaks water in lobby, and bathroom always filthy not cleaned at close no tp. This is worse store I ever seen and not exaggerating. Booo! Update 4/6/24 for 9th weekend in a row they are opening late. Every weekend. It's ridiculous can't you ever open on time, especially when I see employees in lobby on phone when store should be open at 530 not 605. Ugghhh you knot heads

Honestly the best McDonald’s in Huntington Beach! I’m an advocate for Large Iced Vanilla Lattes and they make them perfectly here. Every time I go here in the morning, I’m excited to see Herlindo! He’s the kindest person and never fails to brighten my day! Usually I like to hit the drivethru and they have pretty speedy service, especially when Herlindo is behind the window!

I went to get food for my gf and I. I ordered her a big mac meal and said no pickles. They got order right on receipt but when i got home and checked bag... there were pickles on the big mac. Usually i dont do or say much when a mistake happens but my gf is allergic to everything pickles so she couldnt even eat her meal bc of it. People really need to learn to get orders correct bc that is ridiculous

The food was okay, and the atmosphere was not the most welcoming. The young man who took my order kept asking, "Anything else?" After each item I ordered, instead of asking what else you can I get for you... it seems he just wanted to finish my order and be done. Only to my surprise, when I came to the window, he wouldn't get off his phone. two stars are only because the young lady at the 2nd window seems patient and kind.

This location just cannot get an order right. From forgetting the apples in a happy meal to giving me a regular quarter pounder when the ticket clearly shows deluxe. Not removing onions and mustard from a child's hamburger. It goes on and on. I've never had this many issues at any other location.
