I like the food here. Their tacos are yummy with cheese, tomatoes, & lettuce.The wait time varies from slow to going backwards. Not once can I say "wow, that was fast". Even if I'm the only one in the drive thru.Recently, when I walked in were two employees taking orders and one packing them up.I approached the counter and waited while the two spoke between themselves. When the one finished bagging an order and the conversation ended she turned and asked if I was picking up (about 3 minutes)? No greeting, no smile from either of them. Not the end of the world, but if you're going to be delayed helping patrons they should at minimum acknowledge your presence.The location always appears to be clean inside and outside.

Miguel's Jr. is an icon of the Inland Empire that has been making inroads in Orange County. Those that are familiar with Miguel's Jr. are very happy that they are here. The food is excellent, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the restaurants are clean and well maintained, their salsa bar is outstanding, and they have the BEST ice.

I ordered a breakfast burrito, they asked me if I want cheese. I said yes and charged me extra. I find it unethical to charge extra without disclosing it is an add-on. "Do you want cheese for an extra dollar?" would've been the ethical way to ask.

The service was friendly, the food fresh, hot, and good tasting(Sunrise breakfast burrito). The eggs were tasty and cooked perfectly, bacon crisp, and potatoes tender. Some other "Mexican" food breakfast burritos are very greasy, this one was not. My only complaint is adding sour cream for $1 is not worth the cost. It looked like less than a tablespoon and mostly at one end of the burrito. I also wosh it had more cheese, but that is personal preference. I have to deduct stars for the sour cream, but if I could, I would give 4.5 stars.
