I just stopped in for the first time today while I was waiting for my car to be washed. I was pleasantly surprised! The spicy teriyaki sauce is absolutely delicious, the chicken is juicy, fresh and great quality. The rice is super sticky and moist. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Good food and not too expensive. I do miss the purple rice. Service has always been good. It's a cute older couple that run it, and they've always been very nice. Def a Togo place, as they don't have any seating. It's always seemed clean in there.

I tried them out today. They are super nice. The food was really good. It was a good sized portion for a chicken bowl. I recommend getting the sauce on the side. I definitely recommend that you try them. Support small businesses!!

Awesome little mom and pop store. The two folks are super friendly. I got two plates. It was buy one get one 20% off. Portion was huge and enough for 4 people. Place is so much better than flame broiler. Definitely recommend.

We are so happy to find NeoTsai. The food is fresh and tasty. The restaurant is very clean and the owners are friendly. It is our new go to bowl takeout place. My favorite is the chicken and veggie bowl. The chicken did not have any fat and it was moist and slightly crispy . The steak is also good. It is think cut and not much fat. The veggies are big and still have a good bite to them. Portion size is more then enough to fill you up. For me, it is two meals. We highly recommend Neotsai Grill Teriyaki. Just remember this is a mom and pop place, so they do close early, at 6 and are closed on the weekends, so you have to plan accordingly. Enjoy

What happened to this place, the food use to be good and now it's just bad. I ordered 2 chicken and steak plates and unfortunately it tasted as I was eating yesterdays left overs just heated back up. Both the chicken and steak but mainly the steak was extremely dry and tough and the best description I can give you about what our food was like was as if we were served/eating meat directly out of a package of teriyaki jerky that was just warmed up and served on rice.Also what is up with the hours of this place?¿?¿? They are only open Monday – Friday 11:00am-6:00pm and are closed on the weekend. Unfortunately with how bad my food was and the lack of operating hours this place is actually open for I can't see them lasting here much longer, especially once summer comes around and they will no longer have the same amount of customers coming in from all of the hungry kids walking/driving over across the street from Marina High School while on their lunch break or after they get out of school for the day because most people will be at work or driving home from work when this place is actually open and for whatever reason they are closed when the majority of adults would be spending the most amount of money I.E. dinner on week nights or anytime on the weekends when more people would be together for a meal which translates to the more mouths that eat=a higher bill/more business.

They need to sort out their hours on google. I just drove there on a Saturday at 1:30pm and the dude was mopping the floors with the door locked and signaled me that they weren’t open.
