I am so disappointed on the service and vibe at the newly remodeled Polly's Pies We went a couple of weeks ago and walked out Yesterday we decided to go back They were not busy and let us stand while they were talking. Finally 5 minutes into our wait I asked if we can seat ourselves on the patio. I timed them coming out to take our orders 12 minutes. I use to go all the time and loved Jeanie It looks like a whole new crew. The busgirl didn't pick up straw rappers and napkins that were on the patio floor Very Disappointed

We have had the best experience the last few times we've been to Pollys. You can't beat the value, deliciousness, and service. Whoever is saying the portions were small for the price has clearly not been to most restaurants in HB, haha. Our waitress Jeanie was beyond attentive and kind to our family when we went. While we were there her section was full with people coming in to request her, and I could see why! The restaurant is so inviting, family friendly, and you can tell all employees take pride in running a fantastic restaurant. There were a lot of cool promotions like getting a bagged lunch for the next day with any kids meals ordered after 4pm. We will continue to come back and tell others!

The tenders platter was really good. My sister had the fish and chips and really liked it. They accidentally gave my stepmom regular potato fries instead of sweet potato but they didn’t charge her. They seemed to be a bit understaffed so I hope they can hire more people. Our waiter was very niceVegetarian options: There was a veggie burger and on the kids menu grilled cheese. Other vegetarian dishes were clearly labeled on the menuParking: It’s in like a plaza thing so there’s a large parking lotKid-friendliness: There was a kids menu which has some pretty good options and desserts.

Terrible chicken pie, the manager served it to me and it was in pieces it looked so bad I lost my appetite. The table next to me was dirty all the time I was there over half an hour. Chicken was not cook all the way. They didn't have the pie I wanted. I will never come back here!

Not your grandma's Polly's Pies....literally. The HB location looks really nice after the remodel. The nostalgic part of me missed the old booths and carpet floors but the new look is welcoming. We shared a must have Polly's cinnamon roll to start and enjoyed the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce flavor was a little too subtle but still good.

Please read orders before sending for delivery. I ordered 1 Brisket and Cabbage meal, 1 Chocolate Cream slice , and 1 Gourmet Brownie plus utensil pack , mustard and salt and pepper through there website today at 10:04 am for delivery and was missing a brownie and utensils pack aside from what I was missing the food looked good and tastes ok I won't order this again due to the fact that they charge so much for such so little of portion.

New design is lovely. Went for lunch last week. Seated right away. Service after was spotty. Wasn't busy but still receive bad/slow service. Food was small servings and nothing out of ordinary. Tomato Basil Soup just ok.
The breakfasts are very rich, American and the mimosas are deli, they give you your little bottle of sparkling wine so you can continue refilling your mimosa.

We went to Polly's Pies in Huntington Beach as we have been there many times. We ordered two dinners of Chicken Pot Pie. We both knew it would come to us like a slice of pie but the way it came to us, was an overcooked, microwaved slice, no cranberries, a blob of mashed potatoes with some sauce on it. Our fault for not letting them know right away but we ate it and said no more. We kicked this place off our list. If you go there order something other then the pot pie because what surprised me is that the chef let this leave his area, not seeing how horrible it was. Shame on them. Shame on me for not saying something while I was there. The service was amazing our waitress was very attentive and friendly...

I was so happy to go since I hadn't been there since they remodeled it. The place looks great. Sadly, we had an off experience. Our breakfast took over 30 min to arrive and it was cold. The manager was super nice and offered to get us new meals, which only took about 5 min. We were appreciative that he fixed the problem. However, we got our bill, but still hadn't received our cinnamon rolls to go. We waited, and waited, and had to point that out too... It was awkward. I gave it to my son at home, and, turns out, it's very stale. Not the Polly's we were used to visiting all those years prior. It Kinda bummed us out. I don't know that we'll be back. Just stay on top of your server, and check any pastries to go...

I have been a returning customer of Pollys Pies for years at all of its locations depending on where I happen to be. I happen to have an experience that I wanted to share. There are rules and sometimes exceptions to the rule. Since Ive been coming to Pollys Pies they are typically very busy and the servers really can make or break the experience by their friemdliness consideration and just being kind. I recently went to Pollys Pies in Huntington Beach where the server at first seemed cordial. I dined alone and there was a table that sat down near me that was a couple of women and children. The moment I ordered and received my meal the server asked if I wanted to order anything else. I was looking on my phonr app to see if I could order some pies at a discount. Not because I was trying to be cheap but because I was smart enough to realize that perhaps I could receive a better price. Well the phone app would allow me to purchase at a better price at this location. No problem I will pay full price. Before I decided this and was loomong at my phone app. The server noticed and said I saw you looking at your phone at pies. I also explained to her that I done eat meat and there was bacon bits in the side dish that came on the plate. It was not something I could eat or liked. At first she offered to replace it on the house. Then after I told her that I might just order some pies possibly through the phone app. She changed her tune. She just brought me a bill and pit it on the table and ignored me and was only helping the table with the women and children.. I was very disappointed that the server had offered to remake my order and then renegged on it and treated me like I was not important to her. Fast forward to when I was at the front counter where the pies are. I ordered a pie to be cut and went to pay for it. The Manager Kyle asked me what happened since I guess I didnt like super happy after the other person at the counter was helping me with the pie. I really didnt want to discuss with him because I didnt want to get the server in trouble. Kyle said he really wants to know and I reluctantly told him happened. Kyle immediately saod that the Banana Cream pie I was purchasing would be no charge and that he wanted my experience to be a good one. He also said that he will speak with all his employees about how they handle situations with customers. I really didnt want the server to be reprimanded. I know they work hard and sometimes make mistakes. I did feel at the time that the way she treated me was i called for. She couldve easily remade the order as she offered in the first place and made it a great customer experience. I just want it to be known that Kyle is an Excellent Manager genuinely cares and is an True Ambassador of Polly Pies. He made the customer experience very positive and showed me that Pollys Pies really cares about its customers even when a server uses poor judgement. I feel confident that Kyle wont allow his staff to make a poor decision to offer a customer something and then take it away and treat them rudely ever again. He not only saved me from giving a bad rating based on a one off experience but he completely repaired and restored my fairh in Pollys Pies. Pollys Pies is a part of California and its history. Thank you!! Kyle for keeping it that way!! and keeping this customer and the many people I recommend to go to Pollys Pies
