Food was filling, even though the server had to leave in emergency the manger jumped in and was helpful and finished our order. We ordered the Langostino bowl and burrito. They were tasty!

Not sure WTH is going on but EXTRA CHEESE evidently means NO CHEESE (they even charge me for it) and then when I call to make sure it has extra cheese I guess THAT means NO SAUCE. So annoying classic chicken is CLASSIC.... MAKE IT THE SAME EACH TIME. Tired of wasting my money there!

very nice employees & informative..plus the place actually looked clean so we ate super comfortable ????got my favorite..Blackened Salmon Burrito, can never go wrong with this one& what made it all even better for me was the "Diablo" sauce which made it sooooo much better, it's rare when we go to a restaurant and they actually have a salsa that tastes how it should taste other than JUST tomatoes

Got food for my family and when my son finished his Atlantic salmon California bowl he immediately felt ill. He’s currently hunched over the toilet waiting to barf. I tried to call the restaurant to let someone know that there’s a problem with the food but nobody answered.

We come here because it's very healthy and they have various plant-based options ( ie the impossible burrito and the veggie especiale burrito) that are so tasty! The grilled fish tacos that my child orders are also excellent. My complaint is their lack of eco- friendliness, mainly their overuse of plastic. When I order online (or call) and clearly specify that I do not want plastic utensils, they are always included in the bag at pick up. When I ask the servers to remove them, they simply take them out and throw them in the trash, saying it's a "sanitary issue" once they've been placed in the bag, which makes no sense, as aren't the servers the ones who placed them in the bag the first place? (and keep in mind the utensils are individually sealed in plastic pouches so the servers never directly contact the utensils! ) My neighbors, who also frequent Rubios, complain about the same issue. My daughter always orders the kids meal, and I request her 2 sides in a paper box (which they have), but when i arrive for pick up, they still come in plastic containers the majority of the time. I hope to give five stars once the business takes on a more sustainable approach.

The food here is amazing! Really great deals on taco Tuesday! The service is awesome Joel the cashier goes above and beyond to ensure your order is correct and Bernie the manager is diligent and makes sure your needs are met!
Tonight we shared the beer battered shrimp tacos and blackened Mahi tacos. I had the traditional beans and chips while my wife added the corn side. I remarked to my wife that this was the best meal ever that I enjoyed at Rubios. So many great flavors and although the shrimp taco was too much food for her, she plucked out the shrimp and called it done.

Best place for tacos and churros ever! They did such a good job of making our fish and chicken tacos. I love it here. I can’t decide if I like the classic chicken taco or the gourmet one better.
