Heather Mota is the rudest employee I've ever witnessed.It's pouring down rain so we went straight to the window to order because there's no cover where you order. She says with an attitude to never do that again! Listen Karen, it's a rare occasion that this happens, nobody is around, I didn't want to fill my $200k car with water and just be kind.Yuck.

They get my drink right about half the time. If I bring it back I get attitude from not one but 2 people like I'm making it up. So sick of incompetency. Seriously, it's a coffee drink not brain surgery people,!!! Don't they send you guys to Starbucks College anymore?

Came here on a rainy day and as a walk-up (they do not have an inside area), the customer service started off sub-par, but the drive thru had at least 7 cars waiting and three walk-ins, including myself, so I cut her some slack. I hope the staff was not discriminating against me, as a person of color, but they served the entire drive thru line and all the walk-ins, including an older White gentleman that came in AFTER me.I waited about a minute before I realized the parking lot was empty and all the other walk-ins had left. I approached the window soaking wet and when the girl noticed me, she shouted across the room "can I help you?" at which point I merely replied, "my drinks?" to which she looked at her coworker almost in confusion (I was red in the face), after this - they made my drink and it was ready less than 2 minutes.TLDR; received terrible customer service and drive thru preferred for this location

The service has kept on climbing at this location. From a bit of a rocky start when we first moved here to five-star, high-touch experiences every time, I'm really stoked to be writing this review. So many wonderful employees work in synergy to produce an all around awesome Starbucks visit. Props to the cleanliness and upkeep of their nitro cold brew machine. Some Yelpers may not be aware, but the quality of the nitro is directly correlated to the upkeep of the location's machine. This place takes zero shortcuts, and you can tell with every sip. Their nitro is on point. Some other places have very dull nitro (even after just replacing the tanks) and that's all due to machine maintenance. Hot tip: Download the Starbucks app and keep reloading one of your previous gift cards to get 2X stars on all purchases instead of 1x with a regular debit card!

If there is less than 1 star to give this location I would definitely. No matter what time it is I come to this location, they are extremely slowwww, never get the order right no matter what I pacify to them, they still get the order wrong. It’s like they want to say no matter what you tell me how you want your order we will do it the way we want. Hopefully corporate will pay attention

Do I recommend this starbucks? No. Not until they change their manager. Food and drink as fine, but the manager? I cant even process how she was manager in the first place.... so rude, needs to fix her attitude. Think her name was Helen or Heather? I was at the drive though and was deciding what I wanted to drink today because I wanted to try something new. "How can I get started for you today." and I responded, asking to give me a few seconds trying to figure out what I wanted to drink. Not even 10 seconds later and she replies with the moodiest attitude I have ever gotten from any starbucks. ANY FOOD INDUSTRY. "Are you done yet." uhm rude... I continue to drive up to the window to get my Caramel Macchiato and Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich and she rolls her eyes at me. I would understand if I took a while, but I took 20 seconds MAX looking at the menu before ordering.I cant even listen to the song Heather by Conan Gray anymore

The manager I believe her name is Heather is one of the rudest person I’ve ever met. I’m the customer you should treat your customer with utter respect. But I believe Heather thought otherwise. I personally don’t know how she is still a manager here. Starbucks needs to do better.

I was just helped by Kyle who has such a welcoming personality -which is a rarity when going through a drive through!! Kyle you are going places with that exuberant people person personality!Thank you for putting a smile on my face, making me feel seen, and making me feel that you cared about my experience!All super important feelings to invoke in a consumer that I haven't felt via any other Starbucks drive through in a VERY long time.
