After going to so many stores we finally ended up at this store and ALLISON helped me finding the options for the tea they don't sell in the stores. Allison really went above & above for me !!!!Allison didn't need to help me & I was loosing hope that I would be able to find something but she is the real MVP OF THE STARBUCKS INSIDE VONS THANKS A MILLION ALLISON.

Honestly so annoyed. I don't even think coffee was added to my coffee, looks and tastes like plain oat milk. Maybe they forgot to put in the coffee? No idea but that is just unacceptable. Ordered a honey oat milk latte. I try not to be a complaining Karen, however Starbucks is far too expensive to receive THIS as a latte :( Ps if I went in I would have said something, but unfortunately it was my sister who went in to get them and BOTH of ours look like this. I kept sipping to see if I could taste any coffee and yep nothing. My sister won't even drink it so that was a waste of time and money

They keep changing the hours that the lobby is open and not telling the people update the app. Set up for an hour of work and got thrown out after 5 min.

Starbucks Corporate needs to either lower prices or offer up better deals. With gas ⛽️ prices so high why do Consumer’s still want to pay high prices for coffee? Something has to give. I’d rather spend $7-10 buying crypto than coffee after paying almost $90 to fill up my gas tank from empty. Sorry not sorry! Crypto is king right now! Dogecoin ??

I feel like this location is longer overdue a review. Most ones directed towards this place are 2+ years old, and the majority are negative. While this Starbucks location might be a bit impractical for driving, it's a great location to walk to in the morning, afternoon, or whenever convient. I particularly go to this location after running or when I go on a walk, and there's usually not too many people in line. Sometimes there can be rude customers around, however thbaristas are always friendly and make great drinks. They also are quite speedy considering the fact only 1-2 are able to work there at once. I definitely recommend stopping by when u can!

Simply the best! I feel safe getting my coffee there. They've been doing everything to serve us safely, and stylishly as well. I can't imagine myself getting coffee in the morning in another place.

Honestly just a little disappointed that it says they are open til 9pm & we arrive at 8:50pm to find out that they said "we are closed, we close around 8:30 to 9:00-ish" We mentioned to them that online it closes at 9:00pm. They responded with "well sometimes we close early because we have to clean and sanitize" To me it doesn't make sense to close somewhere early to clean, when they should be cleaning after the hours of operation. We would have chosen any other Starbucks to go to, but chose this one and ended up not being able to get anything at all because of this.
