Neither customer service nor the quantity of drinks is great here and when I tried to addressed an issue, the staff came off careless, rude, and not accommodating which is very different than the other Starbucks stores that I’ve been to. What a disappointment that they’re also a representative of Starbucks which happens to complete opposite to the others’ one of a kind accommodations and customer service.

I am reminded today why I don't go to Starbucks anymore. I ordered a tall coffee and with my first sip. The lid popped off and spilled hot sticky coffee all down the front. I noticed the lid doesn't fit the cup snug and popped off. I went back to Starbucks to get a water to clean myself up and they were annoyed at the water request. Was it the quarter tip I left on the $5.75 coffee that got the wrong lid? Was it a "likely no tip" for the water request? I won't be hostage to the tip culture! The Customer service was non existent. They said no apologies I am just left with a huge coffee stain on my sweater and shirt. Argh. Starbucks sucks

Carolina is such a sweetheart! everytime i come through the drive through she is always super cheery and ready to help. honestly the entire team here has been nothing but a delight! five stars for this super starbucks and shout out to an amazing team!!!

I love this place but you only get three stars today, I come in for my morning coffee and Chloe took my order who is always very nice too bad someone else made my drink, I guess this employee was having a bad morning because when I pointed out that my drink was wrong so she read side of cup and saw she did it wrong she rolled her eyes at me then used same cup and lid witch had ingredients in it I didn't want because of allergy's . So my day started off that way and wasn't about to drink it and didn't want to make a fuss so I threw it away outside and went to work without my coffee once again this is a good place but they put the instructions on side of cup for a reason

My first time at this location. The server was friendly and efficient. Most notably, the other patrons were beautiful, looked like a Hollister inside (minus me and the homeless dude in the corner but even he was unoffensive) solid stop if you go to Amazon Fresh.

This was my first experience at this Starbucks. I decided to stop by this location since it’s close to my workplace. I ordered about 10 minutes before arriving and decided to go inside because the drive thru was long. I saw one girl primarily working the cash register and a few others working on the drinks. The one on the register seemed very nice and friendly. I could tell they were swamped/busy running around. I waited about 15 minutes after coming inside, waiting for when an employee would drop off the mobile orders on the counter, to check and see if my order was ready. One man asked the girl (I wish I got her name, but I believe she had glasses and has red hair) if the rest of his order was ready because he only got his food. The rest of his order wasn’t ready. And I took the opportunity to ask her about mine since my food was ready but was already cool at that point. I thought I’d given enough time to wait and ask if she could check on it, but then she snapped at me and said we’re really backed up right now and we are short staffed. We have other orders.. We’ll get to your order as soon as we can! I get that you’re under a lot of stress at that moment, but I don’t think that it was right for her to snap. My colleague told me this location is notorious for being slow and moving slow, which is what happened with my experience today. I probably would’ve gotten my drink faster if I’d actually gone through drive thru instead, but I’d rather go to another location after having this experience. There are plenty other locations where I’ve had positive experiences. This one, particularly with the one employee, was the worst

Great staff - lots of seating, open later, great place to sit and do so work. Lots of outlets and a variety of table configurations.

Literally, the kindest staff ever! Plus they kept that Friday morning drive thru line moving quickly. Easily my favorite Starbucks in the area, (and there are quite a few!)

Liked it much better before the redo. Seating inside and food case is gone. Counter person acted like she was bothered to find out if things were available. The next time I went drink tasted like water.

ARIE, one of your barristas is an exceptional employee. He is very friendly and takes time to speak with all the customers. The last time I was there , a mentally challenged individual was in front of me. I observed ARIE, and he was so polite, and funny, and inclusive of the individual. I was very impressed. This is a great Starbucks location in Huntington Beach. Customer service is always a 5 out of 5 when I order from here. Teresa works at the front taking customer orders and extremely kind, quick, and patient. Always attentive to customer needs and with a smile on her face. Kudos to the whole Starbucks team at this location. Today, I ordered a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It was done within 2 minutes of ordering and came out delicious as always. Now, in terms of space. There are around 11 tables that fit two people per table, 1 large table that fits 4 and a long table that can fit 8 people. That is indoors. They also happen to have an outdoors that has 4 tables that fit around 2 people per table. They also have two restrooms accessible to customers. You simply need to ask the staff for the code. Also, free Wi-Fi connection at this location with simply sign-in using an email. Overall, great spot, with excellent and quick service.
