This place is very horrible, all restaurants should have water, I asked them a cup of water, I was shocked when they said we don’t have cup water due to sell the bottles, I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

only one person working who is obviously new and slow. not fair to the worker having to be the ONLY person there. took well over 20 minutes to get my sub and there was only 1 person in front of me. also had a coupon that expires in APRIL and it’s currently march, that they would not accept.

Terrible sub sandwich for the price of $13. Got the new subway series which they make look huge on the app and it wasn’t. I even added extra vegetables and they didn’t add any more to it. It was an online order so I couldn’t watch them make it. It turned out like an anemic ordinary sub when it was supposed to be the new bigger subway series. The owner contacted me to just say sorry but I was completely dissatisfied and requested a refund or credit but I was just ignored.

Was told they are unable to customize madeto order sandwiches and had to only choose the menu number option of toppings. The veggie toppings added were very minimal and I had to ask more than once to add a fair amount of toppings. To add insult to injury the veggies were not fresh. Will no longer go to this location.

Never had this issue before I ordered the beast which was a number 30 I have Always gotten whatever ingredients and she said I need to build your own sandwich which leads me to believe she's a new worker... so she basically made the work harder then need too... I asked for bacon she heated my whole sandwich never had my sandwich like this before this is my first time giving a negative review she was kinda short wearing glasses... im usually a regular customer but thanks to these errors I'm honestly having second thoughts im not going to say anything but this was truly a disappointing experience... hopefully I can leave a negative review on my receipt today too today was October 25,2023

This is probably the worst subway location in the world.The order was to go, bread wasn’t toasted , meat was disgusting, I wis I could my money back. I hate you subway. You ruined my stomach plus my dinner!

Horrible costumer service. Toppings looked like they were all going bad, didn't even get what I wanted because it looked gross. I ordered several sandwiches for my family and when I went to pay I asked for a plastic bowl for my toddler and the manager came out to tell the girl helping me I was not allowed to have it, so the girl took it back out from the bag. I even offered to pay for it and she said no. At this point I just wanted to leave all the sandwiches because I didn't want to pay $40 for sandwiches with just meat and cheese but didn't want to wait my family wait any longer so I just bought them anyways. This facility is run down and dirty. The people here and glum and operate very slowly and space out taking your order, don't have fresh ingredients, and can't even accommodate and give a plastic bowl to a customer vying several sandwiches. For the same amount of money, Jersey Mike's is in the next shopping over and have good quality employees and ingredients!

Food-Safety alert !!!!! I recently ordered from this Subway location and was shocked to discover mold on my flatbread. What's even more concerning is that I didn't notice it until I had taken a bite, only to realize that I had consumed some of the mold. This is absolutely unacceptable in terms of food safety and quality. I hope the Subway establishment takes immediate action to ensure such incidents don't happen in the future. It's crucial that they prioritize the freshness and safety of their ingredients. My experience was disappointing !!!!!!! to say the least.!!

The poor girl here is working so hard. She’s the only soul working here during a Saturday afternoon. And it’s a bit busy. And she looks as though she had a little injury she’s dealing with. If these behemoth multinational corporations could manage to pay workers a reasonable wage, this young lady wouldn’t have such a high pressure and lonely job here. Other customers were angry at having to wait a long time because they were rushing back to questionably paying jobs their selves.

I've been the 2nd person in line for 20min, online orders coming in that are taking priority, 10+ people behind me with several leaving, not wanting to wait and ONE EMPLOYEE!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! How do you run a business like this?

if I could give zero stars I would. The person who helped me at first was courteous and helpful. Her coworker had a bad attitude when I questioned the total. The sign listed the price at 12.19 yet I was charged 12.59. The coworker called me a FUCKING ASSHOLE for questioning the price. This business scams people and charges extra money.

I'm p*ssed! I know I was cutting it tight but, I just pulled up at 9:50p, with ten, (10), mins. to spare. However, apparently the store decided to close early! Most of the store's lights were off, and the, "OPEN," sign was, too. No note on the door about a difficulty, that I could see . There was still someone inside, who looked right at me, sitting in my car, but, continued putting away what appeared to be the meat/veggie bins. This is the *only* even vaguely convenient Subway, to me, that accepts EBT. I'm trying to eat somewhat healthfully but, this makes it difficult! (I cannot prepare food at home right now), I know I should have gotten here earlier but, I just couldn't, and I shouldn't be penalized for that!
