I was charged for a free reward. And then the item was missing all together after being inaccurately charged for it in the first place!

Ladys didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes, but i figured tey were busy with online orders. One lady started to helpme then stopped then the next started to help. The second lady kept sneezing over the food and veggies. I asked for a broccoli cheddar soup the in the beginning and then they proceeded to ask me 3 times what i wanted. i was frustrated and then they started whispering to each other while staring at me. once she rang me up she sneezed again this time in her bare hands then grabbed my soup and wrapped up my sandwhich with the same BARE hands. the whole thing took about 25 mins for a 6inch and soup. Very rude and unsanitary. dont come eat here

The place opens at 7, got here at 7:45 and the staff were just barely putting the food out for the day. Had to wait a while and was almost late to work because of it. I'd understand if I got there closer to 7 but if you've supposedly been open 45 minutes, what's going on? Why not just open at 8? The place looked very clean though, so props for that.

Service was horrible. This was Monday July 10th about 1 pm. Girl with glasses flat out ignored me. I stood there for 5 minutes ?? I just walked out. Last time at that place. So went to the bagel shop next door. Service there was great. Girl was helpful with suggestions. Going to make that place my regular place.

Ordered curbside pickup because I had both my babies in the car for them to bring me my order and bring me an empty cup how are you gonna offer curbside and still make me go fill up my drink
