I always feel welcomed as soon as I enter I'm greeted by friendly staff. The crew members are helpful and patient when I'm placing my order or when picking up. It's clean and has enough tables for in-door eating. The food taste great. I love this place!! My kid gets the chicken bowl so often that they already know his order when he goes in (thanks Jonny!) Food is yummy, healthy, fast, and the employees are fantastic.

His review is overdue. We ordered pick upick up of Three chicken vegetable bowls. The veggies tasted like soap! So bad we picked it all out. It was aweful. Stop washing your veggies in soap and we will think about coming back. Really disappointed.

They only made a mistake I ordered integral rice and they gave me white rice.Everything else was good; It is a comfortable and quiet place, without much agglomeration of people with good service and friendly personnel.

The food wasn't that great at all in my opinion. Rice was very typical so is the chicken but what really tuned me off are the veggies, yes they were steamed but that's about it. No spices or salt gross. Comparing to how expansive their food is I think they should spend less on the containers and more on food tastiness.

I had a chicken vegetable bowl with no rice but only had maybe 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chicken. I like big dice size chunks in my bowls. The shop stunk like body oder and my table top was sticky and smelled of a nasty oder of something also. Some tables had food on top of them from not being wiped or wiped properly. Food and paper on the floor and The trash can had food all around the opening with lots of trays stacked on top. 2 guys working in here that i saw not doing much and it wasn't at all busy so maybe they could clean something. Very gross and low quality lunch.

As a fast food/healthy? Food spot, I am surprised with the quality on how good the food was. I didn't think I was going to be satisfied with it to be honest since I can be picky with Asian fast food spots but I have to say that this place was fresh tasting and it hit the spot for me. The dumplings were okay still a little soggy but yummy!

I've been going to WaBa for years ordering the same meal. Last night I was super hungry decided to order WaBa for pick up. I ordered the WaBa bowl with rice and veggies (with no cabbage). I picked up the order paid and gave the guy a tip. I peaked in the bag I couldn't see cabbage, BIG MISTAKE!!! I made a huge mistake by not opening up the plastic container and pulling up the meat. I got homeand by then I was super super hungry. I opened my bowl and half of it was filled with cabbage. I was so disappointed. I totally lost my appetite when I saw huge chunks of cabbage. I immediately called the store told them what happened. I told Adam I did not get what I ordered. He told me I could drive all the way back to have it remade. I told him I was home and I wasn't gonna drive all the way back. He said oh I'll let the Cook know he made a mistake. I asked him to refund my money because I did not get what I ordered. He he said he couldn't do that. He told me there was nothing he could do for me. At that point I was super disappointed and asked if he could have the manager call me. I gave him my number and he told me he would have Johnny the manager call me back to help me out. That was Monday. Today is Tuesday and no one has called me back. I wouldn't be writing this if he simply refunded my money.

Adam is a great cashier he always asks me if I need anything and refils refills my frink for me when it is getting empty I am definetly coming back to waba grill because of adams service

I am extremely disappointed in my first experience that I had Friday night around 9:30pm. I understand that you close at 10pm so I respectfully ordered online in order to quickly pick up my family chicken meal... yes the transaction time was quick. So after I got home with my food, immediately I realized that I was missing utensils that were requested, along with ALL/ANY sauce that was requested within my online order. As a former hospitality worker myself, I am very unhappy. I was not offered any extra anything in order to make sure my order was done exactly how it was supposed to be according to the receipt. Who sends someone home without even one sauce???!!! Just read the ticket and throw in my sauces?! I ended up not even really eating it, as well as my daughter so this isn't my first place to go back. Ever.
