Went there on a Sunday afternoon, there was a few people waiting for a table, waited about 30 minutes for the table and finally I got it. I don't mind waiting but the service was very slow. I ordered as soon as the waiter approached the table hoping the food would be served promptly but unfortunately I waited for my food more than I waited for my table. Experience was bad ! We had a table of 5 as soon as we walk in it was really bad service. the lady with blonde hair is rude. Was ask to wait outside for a booth while it was cold under 45 degrees. She didn’t understand/ or hear anything we said. We ask if we can order while we wait for a booth or take it to go and her answer was no didn’t even try to accommodate the customer at all. We been coming for couple of years and now the customer service is BAD! Don’t waste your time there no parking and they have you stand outside to wait too.

First time trying this establishment and the food was delicious. Had the Spicy Mixed Fried Rice, the Teriyaki Chicken and seafood food and it was great. They do take some time to prepare the food, but its very good so its not an issue for us. ?
Always a good experience. Parking can be difficult to find but usually no wait to get seated, unless you’re a big group of course. Food doesn’t take too long and is always delicious.

I come oftenThe owner is great always friendly with me and my kidsMy kids love this placeYes it gets busy and from time food takes a while ; obvious it’s cooked freshBut with obvious reasons this is not a Mac Donald’s to expect your food ready in 5 mins(I see a lot of complains regarding time)The staff are great always asking if anything else is needed both the gentleman and ladies.The food is amazing 100% alwaysWhile parking is hard to findYou got to understand its location being obviousI do 100 percent recommend this place and will continue to come and support this restaurantI also see a lot of negative comments regarding the ladies that work there and listen a lot of you have to understand these are professional workers there to work and serve not to make a 10 minute conversation or for male customers to try and hit on. Over all these ladies have been very nice and professional every time we comeDue to that I usually tip over the 10 percent with out a complaintMust try’s are the spicy sea food soup and their spicy fried rice is off this planet

Did not have what I originally wanted, came and order in person to go, sat at a booth with company and were asked to stand to leave the booths for people… the place was barely filled. Bad customer service, won’t be coming back. They had plenty of space and booths for people to sit. Too top it off no condiments…
Called 6 times they didn’t pick up, went in to order and it took 30 mins to get my food. Not to mention the attitude of the lady who took my order and when I went in to order as I was ordering she took a phone call. In addition when I went it wasn’t pact or anything, there was 3 tables of 3 ppl in each. Every other table was empty. So it’s not like they were busy. They have good food but the service was just not the best.

the first time I went to Ariya on e.gage,h.p. I was very surprised that the manager or owner treated one of his employees very very rudely right in front of the customers,on that occasion he yelled and scolded his waiter like as a child or worse..... I haven't been there since 7 months ago. The food was acceptable tasty.
