The place is very neglected and filthy, the display cases are falling apart, everything is very bad, the owner should be ashamed to have a place so destroyed and to make matters worse, they don't deliver your cake on time.

I used to come here years ago for the vanidoso cake, This weekend It was my sisters birthday and she wanted this cake. We usually go to Porto's but today since my sister wanted this cake I drove about an hour in a half yo get this cake for her. worst mistake of my life it was disgusting no-one liked it everyone throw out there cake. I am not sure is someone messed up or if the person no baking the cakes is just not good but the 3 leches layer had no 3 leches the chocolate layer was hard as a rock the flan layer was gone less than a paper layer sheet the cheesecake layer did not taste like cheesecake. Altogether was just discussing 70 dollars to the trash because not one single person ate it. we had to trow it all to the trash. The service is also not so good. The workers are chatting around while customer just pile up. The location is also not sor good so far for bad cake. Safe to say I will never be coming here again nor recommending this place to anyone. Please do better you guys should try the cakes you sell so you can better the quality.

Awful!!! Save your time and money and look for a better bakery. I ordered a cake for a birthday, clear and precise instructions were left on how I wanted the size of the letters and in what area of the cake, since I would put the decoration on because it was something specific that I had, I arrived for the cake and oh surprise! The letters covered the entire cake, the size of the letters were very large, they did not follow any of the instructions that were left said and written down, I asked them to fix it since it was not what had been ordered and they could not because the person who was there was already there. decorates them, but she could do it only she had to charge extra for the change! The mistake was theirs who did what they wanted, that is why instructions are left in the orders!!! Horrible don't go! Besides, they get angry and give a bad attitude, it seems like they are giving us things when they charge for everything! Good at getting paid but not at following the instructions of a cake!

Do the workers come up with their own prices? First girl I went to told me 110 for the full sheet second girl told me 115 for full sheet snd 110 for 3/4 sheet and went for the 3/4 then i decided to just get the full sheet for 5 dollars more and the guy that was there told my mom it would be 130 and my mom explained how they told me 115 and he was acting d*** what is going on here? On top of that told my mom he was busy and couldn't answer her questions

This is piece of crap the gave me. It's horrid and absolutely disgusting not to mention the big hair that you can clearly see in the photo. I had gotten cakes here before and thought I'd give them a second chance but nope. This has nothing to do with the picture they had. Plus they didn't have it ready and I had to wait for them do small details.. clearly the cake looks rushed and effortless.

My usual order is the Conquistador with chocolate cake instead of red velvet. The finished cake featured a layer of chocolate, cheesecake, and flan. We ordered a 1/4 sheet on a Thursday evening and picked it up the next day at 6pm. The cake was fresh and moist. The layers were of even and good size (I had read some review complaints that the layers were either too thin or non-existent). Fortunately, ours was good. We also enjoyed the chocolate drizzle on the sides and the fresh fruit on top. My family enjoyed the cake, and we look forward to ordering it again in the future.

A Friend from work introduced me to this bakery when he brought a cake to work it was delicious then. I decided to order the 3 layer cake for my wife’s birthday which was suppose to be tres leches, choco flan, and cheese cake. Instead I received a dry cake with no tres leches the rest of the layers were ok. I truely was disappointed because I had been bragging to my wife about this place so I wanted to surprise her. Big mistake this was my first and last time ordering from here. To top it off they didn’t have a cake box for it what kind of cake bakery doesn’t have a box for a specific cake size instead they gave me an oversized cake bottom with no top. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
